  1. Thanks for the feedback guys - much appreciated as always. @dvogon - yeah I don't have the brick in that color, but I agree! If you're referring to the pipes, it is supposed to look like a destroyed concrete pillar, with the support bars sticking out...
  2. Nice first entry - that's very promising... I also think you could benefit from trying to tilt your structure for a more interesting look. E.g. having level 2 on the side and level 1 and 3 as you have them here...
  3. Nice! That's already working much better! Still feeling like the top 3 and the bottom 3 stormtroopers are dancing (synchrony choreography)...
  4. I like the small tent-things... You could work a bit more on the structure. Maybe next time consider putting a structure on it's side - that could spark some interesting alternative ideas... ;)
  5. Really nice rendition of the classic boarding scene - well put together build... I don't care much for the extended story though - using a major character like Vader gives the hole thing a cartoonish feel or something from a parralel SW universe, where everything is possible... Just my own personal opinion - the build is GREAT!
  6. Great builds, both of them... The only thing I would change is maybe put the Pirate 'queen' on a throne or a chair - that would make her a bit more of an authority, and finish of the room... It kinda feels like she's been put in a corner? :P
  7. This is a good start. There is a lot of room for improvement, but with that said I applaud just participating and submitting an actual build for each challenge or episode! Good job. A few things you could look at next time: As @MKJoshA always preaches and practices: Try using more tiles for a smoother look (ie.g. on the top of the structure). Try experimenting with the bricks - they do not always need to click into place... Try posing your minifigures a little more... Arms and legs does not need to be attached...
  8. Interesting technique with the tree, and brilliant posing of the troopers... The base build could use a little more work, but overall a decent enrty!
  9. @MKJoshA A nice clean scene... Maybe a bit too clean for a fight? I think you could increase the action, with posing etc. Also a few other angles would be nice to see the props a little better... :)
  10. *Your entry has earned 5 XP (x2 for limited challenge)* After the administration takeover of Molavar, the Triumvirate high command has expressed an interest in surrounding systems in the sector. Ever since the incident on Scarif, the planet has more or less remained unknown and almost forgotten... Until now...
  11. *Your entry has earned 14 XP (x2 for limited challenge)* Fortifying a new garrison planetside on Nanth'ri Securing Nanth’ri has proven a little more difficult than initially anticipated. The Imperial Triumvirate has established valuable connections to the local hutts, but somehow that hasn’t been enough to ensure a smooth take over. In order to deal with the increasing pirate uprising in the sector, the Triumvirate is mobilising a full occupation to pummel the criminals on Nanth’ri and send a message to other cells in the sector. In order to coordinate an assault on Mott City, Lima Company has been charged with establishing a forward communications base... Even the presence of imperials is not enough to snuff out the audacity of these pirates. Pirate attacks have been a constant since establishing the base, forcing the Triumvirate to dispatch several stormtrooper patrols... A busy communications officer... Our first catch of the day... /// I've been wanting to do an imperial camp for some time - somehow I still feel this could be better. Feel free to come with suggestions for improvements... A few additional shots:
  12. Great job @Gubi0222! You absolutely squeeze the maximum out of a relatively simple scene, packed with goodies and nice little details... I really like the continuation of the collaboration with the Triumvirate, and really nice use of the Patrol Trooper. Cheers!
  13. @Reaper Welcome to the Triumvirate! Happy to have you on board - I'll PM you the details...
  14. @MKJoshA Thanks! I also spend some time on the Huttese to be as close to real huttese as possible. I used a mix of movie quotes and this link: http://www.completewermosguide.com/hutttranscript.html Takes time though... Thanks for noticing! @Basiliscus Yeah concrete or metal plates. Thanks a lot.
  15. Nice job on the modern cloud car! I also like the whole concept of the barge, but it seem a bit rushed in some areas? Overall a really original and good idea!!
  16. Thanks @MKJoshA and @Basiliscus - I try do do this for all my original vehicles... We should do a vehicle/ship challenge soon...
  17. I have to second that! The Bantha is brilliant!!! Not sentient, but brilliant!
  18. Thanks @MKJoshA - I'm always trying to expand on the imperial uniforms for army building - I really like the idea of the trench coats for imperials like you see in Solo and Rogue one... @Basiliscus Thanks - I'm really happy about the minifigs in this one...
  19. Thanks guys! @Basiliscus I agree it is clunky - I made this before I realised minifig-parts were okay... I would probably just use a yellow jumpsuit like bossks or the Kessel miner - something like that...
  20. Thanks guys - I know the base itself isn't much, but as @MKJoshA says, this species is already made by lego, so I did not want to do something major with this... I just liked tooling around with the beard and hair-pieces...
  21. @MKJoshA I agree! I wish they (lego) would make more of the generic alien species heads, like Aqualish. Ponda Baba would be a good start... I actually feel the spiderhead is pretty close - four eyes, tusks and some fur... But that's always a matter of oppinion right? Thanks guys - It's really hard to find Ando architecture, but since it's a water world (largely) I felt this would fit the bill...
  22. Welcome @marvelBoy123... Certainly! Welcome to the Imperial Triumvirate - I will PM you the details...
  23. *Your entry has earned 4 XP* Imperial Network Report (OP33-7144): As a result of the increasing imperial presence in the core worlds, the Commenor Remnant will withdraw the majority of imperial forces from Molavar and leave administration of Molavar to the Imperial Triumvirate. Besides an increased focus corewards, this will significantly solidify the diplomatic relationship between the two imperial factions. Ambassador Zol: With your previous experience with Molavar I am sure the transition will be smooth. Cdr. Bannon: Thank you sir. The garrison outside Malcraan is already set up, and Administrator Goren has been briefed on all ongoing activities. You should have your remaining commanders back on Commenor in no time. Ambassador Zol: I appreciate that Commander. Cdr. Bannon: Let me once again express our gratitude for leaving the Incarcerator under Triumvirate supervision as well. Should you wish there will always be room for your scum and outlaws out here. /// A few detailed shots...
