I had the same problem with the adapter wire and Monster Motor. I solved the problem by connecting a PU Motor first when i start the hub and the controller (i use pybricks and Xbox Controller). Afterwards i disconnect the PU Motor and connect the Monster Motor instead of it. And then it worked. But to be honest, the Monster Motor need to much power and the Hub always shut down under load.

Hello, now i was able to test this battery box from @Phondly 😀 It works really good and it is much better than every other battery for the technic hub. I tested it with the @Pybricks software and Xbox Controller and i haveto say it is a really good solution. Here are some pictures and a short clip to show you the performance: Cheers, Friedl

Ah ok, thank you for the information 😀 I thought that the red one is like the green one: green motor update

The red and green geek motors have the esc already inside and the same dimension as the grey geek servo 😊

There are similar Motors like the geek servo but with different colors e.g. green or red. They spin as long as you want. Also forward and backwards.

Very great! So you didn’t use the planetary gearing from @ZENE? Is the cooling fan effective enough to keep the temperature of the motor in a good range? Because i have the problem with this motor that it becomes very hot in short time (and i use the planetary gearing and diff from @ZENE with just a 2s Lipo) cheers, Friedl

@Krxlion you are right, this is only for small vehicles. I tested it with a buggy motor and a geek servo and it works very well. Of course the small battery doesn’t allow heavy models 😊

In order of waiting to further updates here, i created a simple version of a rc box: Because of my BuWizz doesn’t work anymore, I decided to put some rc components inside instead of the original BuWizz components Reciever is a Radiolink R4FGM Battery is a small 350mAh 2s Lipo ESC is a small 10A brushed version. So everything is placed well and it fits very well in my cars 😊 @NoEXIST are you still working at your rc deck? @aFrInaTi0n have you already tested the rc decks? looking forward to some updates 😊 cheers, Friedl

Yes that maybe a LiPO Problem…but wondering about it, because I haven’t had any issues with LiPOs in my RC toys….

The whole BuWizz is a lie, in my opinion. My BuWizz 3.0 is death. The battery couldn’t be charged anymore. The replacement battery is to expensive according to the expensive BuWizz Brick. Very disappointing product with a great marketing (just like MS Windows…) cheers Friedl
