I completely agree, especially considering Marvel already suffers from a low budget so spending a lot of it on gold figures is just a waste.

While I'd be more than happy with an anniversary wave I really hope they don't include some sort of collectable figure gimmick like "Golden Avengers". Despite it getting a bit better recently a lot of Marvel figures are very underdetailed because of the theme's low budget, the budget for golden figures would be much better spent elsewhere.

I think it all just depends on what stores are included in a given set. The Diagon Alley we currently have works because it mixes obscure shops with very well known ones like Ollivanders, Flourish & Blotts and Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. Most of the stores LEGO hasn't done yet are relatively obscure ones that would probably have to be paired with a well known shop or building to appeal to the general audiences. Aside from Gringotts, the Leaky Cauldron and possibly Borgin & Burkes I don't think there are any shops left that are popular/well known enough to catch the interest of the general public, which would be the group LEGO would want to reel in.

The Battle at the Ancient Village set has also been revealed. I wonder if there won't be a delay after all.

As far as I know the only dualmolded arms that use medium nougat for the skin are these black ones and then Batgirl's purple and Jim Gordon's white. Honestly that last one would be great for a Wenwu custom from that forest fight we saw briefly in the trailer!

Looking at the comics and just thinking what could be big enough to warrant a cliffhanger (and taking in mind the fact it's a favor Bucky called in from Wakanda) I think a new vibranium wingsuit should be a safe bet. And a few years from now Torres might use Sam's broken wings to become the new Falcon, similarly to how he became Falcon when Sam took on the Cap mantle in the comics!

Marvel just revealed the Escape from the Ten Rings set. It's nothing more than speculation but I think that favor Bucky called in (that Wakandan case) is a new wingsuit made of vibranium.

They did exactly that though. We got figures with wheelchairs, hearing aids and very recently a blind man with a guide dog.

The design process of a set usually takes 1,5 to 2 years so if LEGO increases the amount of D+ sets because of the shows successes we likely wouldn't see a difference until 2022/2023.

If they used that they would need to print her crown on her head, which would look bloody awful. I highly doubt we won't get a new mold for her hair.

Neither of the characters were killed off and with the Thunderbolts coming in the near future it's obvious that they'll return.
