Hadn't really thought of it before but considering LEGO kinda has their own Marvel subfranchise going on with the LEGO Marvel Superheroes games (which are also largely comic inspired) I'm surprised they've never really taken advantage of it through sets.

There are quite lot of characters that we got in LEGO form before they appeared in any kind of live-action movie (I'll count Into the Spider-Verse too) though: - Nova - Beetle - Dr Doom - Falcon - MODOK - Taskmaster - Iron Spider - Carnage - Miles Morales - White Tiger - Hobgoblin - Scarlet Spider - Spider-Girl - Kraven - Scorpion - Captain Marvel - Hyperion - She-Hulk - Red She-Hulk - Super Adaptoid - Ms Marvel - Spider-Girl (Anya) - Pork Grind And I guess one could easily argue that LEGO is kinda banking off the popularity of the Netflix shows with Daredevil and Punisher

I know it doesn't have anything to do with wether or not we'll get a secret figure, merely pointing out that the Silencio Harry did leak (OP remembered differently). Wasn't Charlie Cox spotted on set back in early 2021 though?

Doubt it. And the Harry figure actually was the first to leak, caused a whole lot of confusion. I doubt he'll be suiting up though. Not that I wouldn't embrace a Matt Murdock figure with open arms
