  1. FalconFans message probably means there are only a few sets and most of them are just disappointing repeats of things we've gotten before. Which honestly isn't suprising. As long as the figures are decent I won't complain much, I only buy the DC sets for the figures anyway and there are a lot of other great sets coming out from different themes! Don't get your hopes up, they've revealed pretty much nothing at the Toy Fairs for the last few years ''Not that good'' describes most of the Superhero sets for the last few years imo (both DC and Marvel)
  2. I agree it would be a good army builder for Azkaban uniforms but unless you're building an Azkaban MOC I'm not sure why you'd want many of these
  3. Am I the only one who gets kinda annoyed when the same video appears 3 times on a single page? Clicking backspace to remove it isn't that hard right? At least in my opinion it's not. Though I should probably just ignore it and go back to topic
  4. It's no surprise the US got the best deal again but that pricedifference is ridiculous. Though you won't miss much by not getting the Dragracer
  5. Luke Skywalker/Sirius Black hair, though you'll have to wait for a recolor
  6. They'll never do that. A UCS set is targeted to LEGO and Star Wars fans specifically so it makes sense to let them have a say in which vehicle gets adapted next. A minfigure series is targeted to literally every consumer they can possibly get because of it's nature: it's a small, relatively cheap figure and a nice way to get a small gift for a kid
  7. They don't vote in the comments though
  8. A character as popular as Nien Nunb shouldn't be exclusive to a UCS set though
  9. Apparantly there was another one of these Star Wars fan votes in 2009 where our choices were Palpatine's Arrest, Slave I on Cloud City Landing Platform and a Mon Calamari Cruiser set. The vote was one by the Mon Calamari cruiser set but as we all know we did end up getting Palpatine's Arrest (normal set) and the Slave I on CCLP (part of the MSB set) so who knows wether or not we'll get all 3 of these eventually
  10. Maybe the price isn't that bad in comparison to the first CMF series but this latest price increase was just weird and stupid. They upped the price in a lot of countries (luckily not mine) while nothing about the amount of pieces or quality changed enough to actually explain that increase, that's why people are mad about it
  11. Oooooh! That's so cool! I really don't know what to vote on though. I'm definetely not picking the TIE Bomber as I wouldn't buy that anyway (unless it was system scale) but choosing between the Nebulon B or the LAAT/i is kinda hard. On one hand we have a ship we've never had before and has some great minifigure potential (Nien Nunb anyone?) and on the other hand is one of my favorite ships in the entire franchise. Ugh decisions, decisions! But it looks like I have trouble logging in too so I guess that gives me some time to think about my vote. I do wonder at what price we could expect the Nebulon B, if it's more than $300 I'll definetely pick the LAAT/i
  12. Ah, that explains a lot
  13. Really? I'd definetely like to know why. It's sheer size is definetely too much for to be a mold and brickbuilt would mean it looks totally different from the other dinosaurs (just like @Lego-Freak said). I think it's unreasonable to expect them to make such big dinosaurs, those molds will drive the price up so much! I do still think a Mosasaurus can happen though, it looks like they scaled it down for the LoIN show. But we've already seen the LoIN Brachiosauruses and they're about the same size as you'd expect them to be EDIT: clip from the Mosasaurus episode. I can definetely see us getting her at this scale
  14. Any Clone Wars sets will most likely sell better than a sequel set due to the source material so I don't really see relevancy as the problem here. It's more wether or not lego wants to actually remake these sets
  15. They don't do transparant figures though and if it we're possible we would've already gotten them through Star Wars (force ghosts). And even if it was possible I'd rather see something else, we already have an ''invisible'' Harry figure June, it might come a little earlier than that but it we will definetely have the setpictures before the catalogue
  16. Set figures will leak earlier than CMF figures though, with the sets coming out 2-3 months earlier depending on the release month of the CMF (we still don't know wether it's going to be august once again or september). And detail/new molds will probably set apart most of the CMF figures
  17. Definetely hope to get some sets based off the Siege of Mandalore, maybe we even have a small chance of finally getting a RoTS Padme?!
  18. If you read the earlier posts you'd know.....
  19. There are many different options. But if you're willing to look into BrickLink you should just take some time and read all of the rules/guidelines/how it works/payment methods/shipping etc. It's certainly not something you just do on the fly, especially as every single store has different rules/prices
  20. The dark blue hood comes in the Clone Trooper and Jedi battlepack, which only ended production in late-august 2019 so the piece was still in production when they were designing this set
  21. Knowing lego they will either put him in every single Mandalorian set to come out or just one very expensive set
  22. Definetely not, McGonagall doesn't have a ponytail I hope lego stays away from the flying Death Eaters, just like the movies should've done
  23. Just like @Markalus said lego is in the business of selling things. Most of the TFF sets being remakes of some sort wasn't even their fault, you can blame Lucasfilm and their lack of creativity for that. And they don't have ''trust issues'' with us, we AFOLS are just a tiny fraction of the total amount of customers they have. Most people who buy these sets most likely aren't even big fans of Star Wars. Which is exactly why we've never gotten giant setpieces like the Mon Calamari cruiser and the Jedi Temple, most of the consumers that would buy sets like that are AFOLS and we simply aren't with enough people for lego to solely rely on our spending habits
  24. Yup, it comes from the lego site itself according to NinjaWhip and the leak was reinforced by multiple other leakers like FalconFan so it's definetely real. Most leaks consist of either plain information of blurry pictures these days. Looks like it comes out march 1st and will retail for $12,99
  25. True. But for ''normal'' Voldemort we're pretty much done, even the range of expressions they could give us is quite small. We already have a stoic expression and the retarded ''Hurray Putter is ded!'' laugh, maybe they could do an angry face or just a small smile?
