If you look at it that way literally every single background/sidecharacter is important because he/she does something. LEGO doesn't care about who does what in the books, they look at a character's relevancy in the movies and wether or not one of their costumes fits the CMF well enough and will sell well to their primary audience: children

I completely agree. I want those remaining 1-4 sets too but while 5-6 is much more likely I would also prefer those. The later movies (5-8) have been largely ignored during the many iterations and waves of LEGO Harry Potter

But those Third Task figures couldn't really have good accesories due to the changes made from the book. At least with the ST they could include something like a Grindylow, which is mostly linked to Fleur because they're the reason she failed that task. Unless they give them some random non-TT accesories ofcourse

I'd say replace her with either her Second or Third Task outfit. With Cedric in the CMF and Harry in the Graveyard I really don't see them returning to the Third Task anytime soon. And if they do make the Second Task they probably won't include Fleur as she and Cedric are probably the least important characters in such a set. The Fleur variant I want most is Second Task, possibly with a Baby Groot-like Grindylow

With a $40 price difference it's pretty obvious it's going to be a lot bigger. Unless they throw in a massive helicopter or something similair, which actually sounds like something they would do.......

I really hope these sets are based off MCU designs. But if not that's fine too as it would be really good for my wallet (I promised myself never to buy a non-MCU marvel set in order to keep the spending down )

It's for the Wizarding World theme so that includes Fantastic Beasts too. But the FB sets (alongside the advent calendar for obvious reasons) are the only ones who have been discontinued so far due to bad sales so it wouldn't suprise me if we don't get any more FB sets untill the third movie comes out next year And nothing about the Dursleys screams CMF. Every part of their look can be easily achieved with existing pieces and standard printing (even legprinting isn't entirely necessary)

A $100 Avengers Tower sounds great but if it's based on the game I won't be buying it We'll probably get Zemo in a Falcon and the Winter Soldier set

Similair to other themes we now have a little more information thanks to libreria rayuela: Set 1 - 27,26 euro - 6+ Set 2 - 72,64 euro - 7+ Set 3 - 124 euro - 8+ Set 4 - 32,81 euro - 4+ This means the sets will be similair in size to 'Dilophosaurus on the loose', 'Baryonyx Face-Off' and 'Raptor Rescue Truck'. The most expensive set is going to be larger than last year's Dino-Mech Battle

What you're describing is basically a modular, which goes way over the $70 pricepoint They gave hermione a 1x2 brick as legs because of a very solid reason: height. Sure, they could've printed that same pattern on one of those new dress pieces but then she would be as tall as a normal figure instead of a figure with mid-legs. It's all for more accuracy As much as I'd love more GoF sets this year I really hope we won't get them, it's time for movies 5-8 to get their time in the spotlight

Looks like we've got to wait a little longer on more information. Maybe we'll see the sets at NYTF though, fingers crossed I really hope the new sets will include some of the missing characters like Lowery, Vivian and Zara. Ofcourse they're based off of LoIN but I think they'd fit right in with the sets and we really need them to complete the Jurassic World (2015) character lineup

Because the Toy Fairs have previously been goldmines for knockoff brands like Lepin (now called Nuagao). Because they could see the new sets so early they got the chance to release the knockoff versions way before lego released the official ones. One of the reasons lego stopped showing a lot of sets at any of the TF's

Why we're people expecting Mandalorian sets in the summer wave in the first place? LEGO didn't know about The Mandalorian's popularity untill it actually came out in november, and we all know how long it takes for them to design a set. Bad for the collection, good for the wallet My thoughts exactly I really hate how that movie is always ignored. Sure the dialogue is awfull and some scenes are really awkward but overall it was pretty enjoyable A few people expressing their opinion doesn't confirm anything in the slightest

I completely agree with @Lego-Freak: don't set yourself up for disappointment. If I were you I'd just accept the fact we're most likely not getting anything today

The new Hidden Side and Marvel sets are present at the TF but both pictures and descriptions aren't allowed. If HP is also present it will most likely belong in the same category
