Gordon's new torso is a pretty good fit for Runcorn.

Quick thoughts on each set: Batcycle - no word can properly describe what I feel about this set, it looks awful. Selina looks pretty good but with Batman being a repeat you might as well just buy her on Bricklink. Batmobile - man LEGO really screwed up on the boxart, my first impression really wasn't good But looking at it without the power blast pieces it actually looks great, also love the Penguin fig. Batcave - simply incredible, I really like it. Overall this is a pretty damn solid wave but with 2022 looking to be incredibly expensive as is I definitely won't get any of these day 1. Hopefully the Batmobile and Batcave will fit in my budget. EDIT: Selina is in the Batcave too so there's literally no point to buying that godawful Batcycle set

I'm definitely very interested in potentially getting a new Mark 43 figure but other than that this set just sounds like a hard pass. I'm so sick of unnecessary mech(-like) builds.

Pretty sure it's January but I can't say that with 100% certainty.

That game is still in early development, it won't come out for a few more years. This Wolverine Mech coming out in january is just a coincidence.

Not gonna buy any of them but it's an interesting lineup. That mold has definitely been retired at this point so I would expect to just get a hairpiece.

That looks great, well done! I like this so much more than those 4 terrible Hogwarts sets we got this year, you managed to incorporate the 20th anniversary in a natural way by remaking one of the original sets whereas the 2021 sets are basically just bland, boring and unrecognisable boxes. I'm still not a fan of the green roofs but if the new system was a lot more like this with a more interesting and unique exterior and a better looking interior (2018 and 2021 are honestly equally bad in that department) I'd like them a lot more.

If that were the case I would definitely skip it, just like I did with the Bugle.

Yet another reason why Eternals is easily the best Marvel movie wave in years.

There's an Infinity Saga accessory/minifigure pack coming out, which suggests that the subtheme will at least continue into 2022.

Mr Flume from the Hogsmeade set. Also, just in case anyone is wondering: I prefer the books over the films, that's why my Mundungus figure uses that hairpiece.

Not the most groundbreaking of customs but I just realised Gar Saxons head is literally perfect for Mundungus Fletcher.

The color of Mysterio's helmet on-screen doesn't exist in LEGO, it's kind of right in the middle of the satin trans-light blue and satin white versions of the piece. They had to go with one over the other and I'd personally say they picked the right one. The Sesame Street version of the helmet is very easy to get though so you can easily swap them around if you want to.

Usually they just use a basic figure silhouette (head, torso, legs) so it's a bit odd they would give it a hairpiece now, especially one so specific and rarely used as this one.

The only Stuntz hairpiece I was interested in is the Mr Incredible hair in black, sadly not available. Likewise none of the Queer Eye or Marvel prints are available. Pretty lame day for B&P to be honest.

We definitely won't get second waves for all the other films, there's no way LEGO could make that work. I'd even doubt No Way Home would get one if it hadn't been for all the returning Raimi and Webb characters.

Silhouette looks like the same hairpiece they keep using for Guy Gardner in the games, maybe it's him?

To be fair LEGO probably doesn't get a list of characters and how much screentime they each have

Because The Marvels, just like all other Marvel sets, probably has a painfully limited budget and making Monica for the CMF allows them to reuse her new head and hairmold.

Infinity Ultron surviving the finale and appearing in Season 2 is probably the only way LEGO will ever consider making him.
