  1. I'm fairly certain that was the 2015 wave, which got rushed because BvS got delayed. The difference between BvS and The Batman is timing. BvS: a 10 month delay that was announced 1,5 year before the original releasedate. The Batman: a 5 month delay that was announced 1 year before the original releasedate. There just wasn't any time to fasttrack a replacement wave.
  2. The OP actually said the picture showed ''city, docks, pagoda island and then the gardens (in that specific order)'', which is 100% correct That's definetely something worth celebrating It looks good on the Creator Expert vehicles, busts/helmets and botanical sets but on all others it looks really bad 9/10 times
  3. Nobody said the set doesn't look amazing. Some of us said Gardens would look better next to City instead of Docks which isn't even close to being negative as we're talking about a modular system here, you're supposed to move things around to get it to your liking. And they're all personal opinions, just because you like to see Gardens attached to Docks doesn't mean others have to think the same. Posts complaining about negativity are almost more common these days than the negativity itself, it's almost a YouTube comment section
  4. I'd love to get this set but as I don't own either of the other Ninjago City sets it'll be a pass for me.
  5. I love that Space Police poster
  6. A new picture just surfaced showing all 3 City sets in a straight line. I have to say I really don't like how Gardens and Docks next to each other, you'd definetely have to connect Gardens to City for it to look good.
  7. It's not the final film in the franchise though, if Frank Marshall's words are to be believed. And even if it was the final film that wouldn't guarantee that LEGO stops producing sets immediately, Jurassic sells. It's also no secret that Universal tries to give the original films as little attention as possible, especially TLW and JPIII. So while there might be 2-3 JP Trilogy sets this/next year I wouldn't count on it.
  8. I don't think you're asking the right question here. Could it be a 11.000 piece set? Sure, anything can be if you just make it large enough. But would LEGO want to make it such a large set that retails for a whopping $800? Probably not. If we ever get a D2C version of the Sail Barge I highly doubt it would be more expensive than the MBS sets.
  9. That wouldn't work imo. The general shape fits but in order to make it accurate to Narcissa's on-screen appearance they'd have to put white printing on a black hairpiece. And I think we all know how that would turn out....
  10. LEGO's delivery times are all over the place since covid disrupted things early last year. When I ordered Diagon Alley right at release (midnight) it arrived the next day but when I ordered a few sets around november it took almost a full week, both were normal shipping. I also know that a lot of Dutch LEGO fans who ordered DA at the same time I did but with express shipping either got it on the same day as I did or 2-3 days later. It's your decision but imo it isn't worth it, especially considering you said the £15 price difference with City already meant you'd have to rethink your financial situation
  11. Nope. Post a bunch of fake leaks, be rude to mods and ignore the site's guidelines. That's a quick way to get the title of 'Banned Outlaw'
  12. You do realise this is clothing right? Not a wave of adult-oriented sets.
  13. Even if anyone here remembered when that set leaked it wouldn't really be usefull information. A lot has changed over the last 6 years in terms of leaks.
  14. Yeah I think it's light gray, first introduced in the City Police Station last year.
  15. Are you referring to the Flitwick hair?
  16. The catalog doesn't really mean anything though. Diagon Alley released pretty much in the middle of 2HY while the Gardens release pretty much right at the start of 1HY.
  17. Could be any day now, Diagon Alley wasn't revealed untill 12 hours before release.
  18. So I guess "my catalog is different from all the others" is the new 2021 version of "my [insert family member here] works for LEGO and told me..."
  19. But if that does happen we might get an earlier release... Jk I usually buy them beforehand but regardless of when they release I'm happy we've seen these pics. Now I know I want all of them so I can adjust my budget accordingly
  20. Damn, those prices are surprisingly good for licensed sets. I'm impressed
  21. Well sure, that's obvious. But you can't expect everyone to have that set.
  22. There's a retractable ladder to get into the ninja hideout or whatever it's called and it looks to me like there's a stairway to the top level right next to the blue building.
  23. Nope, nothing. If it isn't the Slugclub they could always do Grimmauld Place
  24. That it wraps around the back and ends there on the left side.
