I personally think Grawp looks very accurate to the movie. I have zero complaints about Grawp. As far as the Horntail, you can’t possibly tell me that was good. Even I it had to be brick built it could have been done so much better. I’ve always preferred molded creatures but I’m liking the new hybrids. Molded heads are key and using a toothless, spike-less bird head for the Horntail ruined it more than anything.

I do not want the Iron Man Mk3 figure to be battle damaged. It wouldn’t fit in the collection as the only battle damaged suit and then we wouldn’t have a regular mk3. I wouldn’t mind a battle damaged mk85 in the final battle endgame set since we already have a regular version of that suit and it would fit the scene. But a damaged mk3 would be very disappointing to me

So Kingwong posted an image of McGonnogall in her Deathly Hallows attire. My guess is that he is mistaking the dark outfit from the Hogsmeade set from POA with her DH outfit. I don’t think the DH variant is coming

There is so much entitlement here right now. We’ve tried to explain how things work and if you can’t accept it, I can’t help you. Everyone is curious, but that doesn’t give us the right to act entitled just because someone else has information that we want. There is more to it. I can’t emphasize that enough. It’s not black and white. Don’t harass leakers or anyone with info. They are not here to torment us. They’ve given all the info they could for the time being. Be thankful for that. We would all still be expecting a full DH wave if not for them. Stop whining. Stop harassing. Try to understand another perspective.

Old rules also meaning sources still decide when and how to share information. It’s always been this way. There are many different reasons why they may not want to or can’t. Lego’s rules on spreading info aren’t the only factor

For the most part, people with information still need to wait for the green light from their sources before sharing the information. Sources can still have other reasons for not sharing. But it’s a step closer

I don’t know if you browsed here much last year or not, so forgive me if you already know all this, but really the only reason I can’t bring myself to trust Pawnyeye on IG is because we’re all 99% sure it’s the new account of one Kingnono who dropped all kinds of hints last year (some panned out, most didn’t) but he admitted to being a fraud and it turned out he just had a couple lucky guesses but ended up being wrong about the vast majority of things he said. That’s why I’m very wary of this guy, it seems like the same person

That’s not what I said. I said as Promobricks was giving the set information, @Guyon2002 told us here that the unknown Hogwarts teacher was in fact Sinistra. That was before Pawnyeye said it on their IG account

Actually, @Guyon2002 posted on here that Sinistra was the unknown Hogwarts Professor in that set literally as the descriptions came in from Promobricks. So Pawnyeye could have easily taken that, saw that nobody really commented on it, and posted it on his IG to claim as his own info, which I believe is what actually happened

I really like the Madam Hooch figure, and to me Quirrel just looks like the 2018 version in gold, not sure why people think it’s a different print, unless I’m blind. Is the mouth different? Quidditch Pack sounds neat, people have been asking for it since 2018 so that’ll be great if it’s legit. Hopefully the next student pack (if there is one next time) will include all four House robes

I am beyond excited for these sets. I will definitely be picking up every single one. I’m interested in finding out if the Advent Calendar is MCU based. Seems like at least the Spider-Man minifig is so we’ll see. I love the Carnage bust, but it’s not a top level priority until I have all the other sets. Minifig Thanos for an MCU set seems very strange, I’m interested to see how that turns out and I really hope the Captain Marvel minifig from that set (Sanctuary II) is accurate to the Final Battle scene I agree, I would love to see the original helmet piece for Mk 3

I think we’ve just been spoiled with this theme since 2018, and then this year just fell kind of flat for the most part. I like the June sets for what they are but they would be so much better if they were in the reboot style of buildings and compatible with the current modular Hogwarts sets. If the August sets really are that disappointing that it just makes for a dud year for lego HP. Hopefully next year will return to the normal expected quality of sets, and I see no reason why it wouldn’t. This year just isn’t very exciting for HP Those Marvel sets are mostly June (if not all)

I understand wanting to know, the curiosity is killer, but there’s a big difference between wanting to know and acting like you deserve to know. Sources will allow info when and how they see fit and that is based on things behind the scenes that they don’t tell us all. It’s just how it is. Some take bigger risks than others. Some play it safe. They determine that, not us, and we’re not entitled to what they have just because we want it. I don’t have all the answers, but I also know I’m not entitled to all the answers.

I wouldn’t want an add on Gringotts set that couldn’t connect. I think it could easily be done as one set, the extras wouldn’t need to take up that much space. Have the main lobby and then have rails and vaults in the back and a dragon that could go anywhere you want

Hoping for some more factory minifig leaks from the June wave. It’ll be nice to get a better look at those figures. I’m also secretly hoping that the House sweaters in the bathroom and Fluffy sets are placeholders, however unlikely that might be. Give us Slytherin robes and scene accurate printing!

This is very well put. The user in question was unaware of the possible repercussions until after they made their initial post, not to mention they aren’t really a “leaker” as far as I’m aware, they just had information this one time (if that part is less than true, they can feel free to correct me). It’s naturally annoying when some people have information we desperately want and can’t give it to us, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still have to deal with it. People with the information have a different set of rules they need to follow if they want to keep their sources and possibly not face severe consequences in some cases. This doesn’t mean it can’t still be fun to discuss what information we do have, the vast majority of which we wouldn’t have year after year if not for these same people. Imagine having nothing at all to go on. There’s no fun in that discussion, speculation with no substance dies out very quickly. Anyway, I like the way you put it
