I can definitely say I'm not too surprised the excitement isn't quite on par with James Bond or Harry Potter. While Overwatch is hugely popular, I don't think it is so with too many here on EB. I know I was excited seeing the emails that the thread was active today. Excited for more details soon now that the site is "live".

Hey friends! Finally ready to share my first MOC on here with y'all. Here's my build of the Loot Llama from Fortnite: Battle Royale! Took me over 24 hours to build over the course of six live-streams on Twitch! Had a lot of fun trying to get all of the details and textures just right. I was so lucky they had all the colours I needed on the PAB Walls at my local LEGO stores! Hahaha... enjoy! I quite dislike the stud shooters as well. I think for them to pass up on the opportunity to make some amazing minifig accessories of the weapons (which are very sci-fi for the most part) would be a bad call. But only time will tell!

Definitely starting to feel the panic set in here as well for Brickworld, as I'm setting up and organizing the Broadcasting Studio there! But it's gonna be an extra fun and I can't wait to see all the fun live-streams that'll be taking place in the studio!

Hi Eurobricks! Name's BrickinNick, but of course you can call me Nick! Used to be on EB under the name "DarthNick", but am returning under this new name! I'm a lifelong LEGO fan and absolutely love building my own MOCs, with many of my builds inspired by video games or pop culture. I love getting to connect with fellow LEGO fans at every opportunity, and one of my favourite ways to do so is on Twitch, where I live-stream my creative LEGO builds! Can't wait to meet and make new friends here and see all of the amazing things people are up to! Oh, and would love any tips on the best place to share video game inspired builds and best way to check the forums on mobile (apps, etc.). Cheers - Nick

I could hardly believe this announcement, but am super excited! Especially hearing that Mark has been working on them! I'd expect to see building sets at first, but guess it would be likely that Brickheadz and/or CMFs could come in the future. And like everyone else, hoping that this could mean more Blizzard building sets in the future. It'd be nice for there to be sets for fans of as many Blizzard games as possible! For those wondering, I'd definitely say Overwatch is still very popular. I funnily enough haven't played in months myself, but watch Overwatch League regularly. It's run just like any other sports league, with casters, stats, teams, playoffs, etc. The production value is incredible, and they average over 100K viewers four nights a week on Twitch. I have no doubt in my mind the League will continue to become more popular, especially with how good things have looked/been in their 1st season.
