  1. Gotcha, coulda phrased it a bit better, but I now get what you meant
  2. There is in the second one, but what he was asking was if the D2C set will feature any FB features
  3. I understand that, whenever I read I think of the Universal Theme Park ?
  4. I’ve ever been bothered by Star Wars (the films are ok, apart from Last Jedi *shudder*), I was always a DC collector, up until WW was announced I was happy with that, but now that more HP and FB sets are coming out that’ll be my main collection, I’m even making myself a glass display case with backdrop and LEDs to display it all im just hoping we get some leaks soon so I can get even more hyped about these sets
  5. I reckon it might do, would be a neat way to include Newt in his Hogwarts robes also, I’ve seen lots of leaks today (Batman, Creator and Ninjago) do you reckon we might start to see some Wizarding World leaks soon? ?
  6. Ah right, I’ve got ya, out of interest (I’ve never taken any interest in CMF’s before) how close to release are characters announced?
  7. Wait, I thought that the CMF was confirmed for September roughly around the time the D2C set is coming out?
  8. Well remove Credence, Graves and Myrtle and replace them with Harry, Ron and Hermione and I’ll stick with the rest for my wish list
  9. Guys, I was just thinking, what if we’re completely wrong about the CMF line and it’s just characters that won’t be released in sets rather than variants? I can think of 22 easily Moody Sirius Pettigrew Lupin Tonks Kingsley Molly Arthur Fred George Percy Ginny Lockhart Neville Seamus Credence Graves Gryffindor Slytherin Hufflepuff Ravenclaw Moaning Myrtle I know the first wave of sets are 1-2 with a bit of 3 thrown in, but what if the CMF isn’t and is just figures not in this wave? As a sort of tease for the next wave, if they do the same again, 3-4 with a bit of 5 thrown in
  10. Yes I know, but if they meant previous Hogwarts Castle builds then they obviously meant the figures included with said sets, if they didn’t then they should’ve worded it better, but that’s what I took from it
  11. I’m 100% sure when they said “bigger castle” I think they were referencing previous Hogwarts castles, I don’t think they meant a bigger version of the great hall
  12. I suspect you’re right, but do you have any proof to back up the claim to new minifigures, I think new build is obvious
  13. I’ll expand on a few of the ones you put and add a few of my own Harry (Christmas/H sweater) Ron (Christmas/R sweater) Hermione (Cat face/Polyjuice potion) Dumbledore (with Fawkes) McGonagall (pyjamas with Cat animagi) Moaning Myrtle Dobby Griphook Ginny (Alternate “dead” face from CoS) Tom Riddle Aunt Petunia Dudley Dursley Uncle Vernon Fred Weasley George Weasley Gilderoy Lockhart Madam Pomfrey Newt (suit from goblin club) Tina (gown from the goblin club) Queenie Jacob Percival Graves (2-sided head like Quirrell with Grindelwald head on one side and alternate hair piece) those are my thoughts
  14. Possible stupid question, what’s JL? And I know that TRU had the Lego Batman Movie Arkham Asylum and the only Wonder Woman set the Ares battle, imagine if they did an exclusive “Arkham Asylum” type Azkaban set with all the Dark wizards in their prison garbs
  15. Ooh, I knew that TRU did, but they’ve gone bust so I wasn’t counting them but I didn’t realise Tesco and Argos do, if Argos does get exclusives I’m not too bothered because I work there so I can get my staff discount and they quite often go down in price quite a bit, but if they aren’t retail exclusives that’ll make me even happier because they’ll be cheaper on Amazon as you’ll be able to pick them up easier
  16. We don’t have retail exclusives over here, but then again most of my Lego comes from Amazon, I plan to go to the Lego store in London end of the year though, so that should be fun
  17. Are all D2C sets £/$100+ as I’ve just looked at their site and couldn’t find anything exclusive cheaper
  18. I’ve got ya, I got confused because I read an argument on a reddit forum where someone was saying that the SHIELD Helicarrier was a UCS set so I just thought they were big expensive sets, thank you guys for letting me know ?
  19. As a new collector of expensive sets (if the price of the Hogwarts is correct), can someone explain to me the difference of Direct to Cosumer (D2C) and Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) and which do you reckon Hogwarts will be?
  20. Oh yes, I saw that, they look rather interesting, they may be the first ever Brickheadz I buy
  21. Where abouts is the picture for the HP Brickheadz? ?? You don’t listen to anything anyone says do you? They don’t own the rights, it’s not gonna happen, now let’s stop talking about CC and talk about the actual Lego that is coming out
  22. Hey guys, I’m just having a look at Brick Show’s website for Summer 2018 releases and it shows 71043 Hogwarts Castle, is that the D2C set or is it a small Castle part?
  23. It’d be amazing for them to get the rights to make toys/sets based on the books, I mean imagine a book-accurate Peeves with Rik Mayall facial features, or some sort of SPEW meeting with several house elves, a new moulding for them like they did for the Ewoks in the Ewok village would be ace, several different mouldings for 1 race of creatures i’m also hoping for a new mould for Buckbeak, the horse mould really doesn’t serve him any justice
  24. True that, everyone does and I hope I didn’t offend with my opinion, I can sometimes come across as an big behind ? and I’m not sure if you’re British, but Peeves was cast in the film with British (and deceased ?) actor Rik Mayall (not sure if he’s famous abroad), but he was cut from the film which was a massive shame
  25. If I remember rightly he was just a ghost to start with but then fans started calling him Peeves so that’s who he became
