You don’t reckon this is another Ron/Quirrell situation where a wrong part has been put on the wrong fig, for example them legs on Ollivander from a different figure (a statue or ghost) from a different set or CMF figure

Although they’re both played by John Hurt they look vastly different, although I reckon people might do, the torso print could be useful, but for hair I reckon the 12th Doctor’s hair piece would be good for a War Doctor, either that or the 2017/18 Thor hair piece in grey (if they ever made one)

I hope so, it’ll be interesting to see how they integrate it, I mean as much as I want to get Lupin I’m not sure if it’d be as good without a Lupus Lupin

Ok, sod that, I ain’t paying £200 just for minifigs ?, I’ll buy them from Amazon individually, they typically sell for the same as unopened packs on UK Amazon ?

Do we have the official release date for the CMF, this might be the first CMF that I might buy the full box for and then give away any duplicates i get or sell them on, whichever is easier

I know this is a discussion forum, so I’ve got something to discuss, the next wave, if each wave has a D2C what if next wave’s is the Hogwarts Express? So much goes on in year 3, I mean Dementors, first appearance of the greatest professor ever (Lupin) imo, and if they include stuff from previous years they could have the trolley witch with plenty of sweets and new printings for the beans and chocolate frog (which are lush irl btw), and if they go from later years they could have a completely blacked out carriage (stickers on windows) for when Harry sneaked into the carriage with Draco in with the instant darkness powder

Ofc, how did no one think of this? I reckon it could be, if it’s another darn new printing of Harry I swear I will scream, yes he’s the main character, but I’ll already have at least 3 from the sets we know about and if any more come out that we don’t know about I’ll have loads this year, then so many from the future waves

That would be incredibly annoying if it does include the Great Hall because I plan on buying the Great Hall set on day of release (going to London Lego store), but if it’s included in the D2C then I don’t see the point in getting it, so if it is included then it’ll be a £100 set that just sits gathering dust not part of my display because why would I have 2 great halls?

What I’m hoping happens is that we get the waves of 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-7.5 and then they’ll go back to do the sets they didn’t do when they did them waves, so we could get Fluffy (year 1), Basilisk (year 2), Buckbeak (year 3), Merpeople (year 4), Ministry battle (Albus and Voldemort, year 5), Battle of the Astronomy Tower (year 6), Malfoy manor (year 7) and Harry’s Death (year 7.5 with ghosts from the film) Well good sir, you have just gained an extra follower I know it’s unrelated, but after seeing the Funko Pop of Nearly Headless Nick, it kinda annoys me that there isn’t a way to make the Lego minifig Nick actually nearly Headless

I keep meaning to ask, are you THE Falconfan1414 from Instagram? Highly unlikely, if they were doing that then they wouldn’t include CoS and focus mainly on Philosopher’s Stone, but they aren’t, so next wave will definitely be PoA and GoF

The only part of DA in PoA is Leaky Cauldron where Mr Weasley warns Harry about Sirius (obvious misleading is obvious)

Unless what we’ve been told is wrong, this wave is years 1-2 with a taste of 3, next wave will be 3-4 with a taste of 5 etc, so no, we won’t get a Basilisk set unless it’s the skeleton from 7.5 but even that’s incredibly unlikely

I have to agree with that, it was so cheap and you got 3 amazing characters and Harry who is always desirable being the main The basilisk comes in the Great Hall, it’s a let down, but it’s definitely the basilisk True, not owning the fig I forgot about the smile and I didn’t realise how inaccurate the robes are, what if we get a Suited Voldemort like in Harry’s hallucination on the train platform

Up until finding out we’d get a new Hagrid I was very tempted to get the Forbidden Forest as it’s my favourite set with Hagrid and Voldemort in, I’m just interested in what they can do to make Voldemort a better minifig, I mean it’s not as if they can give him a new hair mould ??

Hence why I said “everything is new for Ollivander, might have been used in other minifigs” as in they may not be new moulds, but it’s new for Ollivander What sets do you own? I myself only own the Freeing Dobby set as at the time (I was just a wee lad at the time) that’s all I could afford

Not necessarily, we might just either not get an Ollivander fig, or get a different Ollivander fig, if they wait until the year 5 wave then we could get a disgruntled Ollivander being kidnapped by the Death Eaters but personally I’d rather not get Diagon Alley, I’d rather sets just be based in and around Hogwarts, so Hogwarts Express, Hagrid’s Hut etc

Everything is new for Ollivander, might have been used in other minifigs, apart from the legs

I sure hope so, anything to make this Hogwarts better than the previous Hogwarts is good in my eyes, as long as it doesn’t become like The Death Star and get re-released every year making the old ones redundant then I’ll be happy

I’m hoping that the closer we get to June 1st the more leaks we’ll get and eventually we won’t actually need the official images ??

Year 1/2 DA would be pretty pointless, unless they make Gringotts huge, it’d make more sense to wait for later years so they can have more shops (Weasley’s etc)
