A loud racket is heard throughout the hall, and a few seconds, later, Johon comes walking into the hall. He sees Karie and sits down next to her and her companions. Stretching his neck, he begins. "Greetings. I'm Johon, may I inquire what your names are?" Johon asks the group of new heroes.

Johon walks over to talk to the new hero. From the outside, it appeared another knight had joined the hall. "welcome to the hall. I'm Johon, and your name is...?"

Endgame, are the enemies in this quest going to be humanoids? It seems more of that type of a quest, but I can't tell.

Johon signs up for quest 86.

Johon concentrates on the topaz, trying to imagine flash of litghtning hurling towards the knight, but nothing follows. He looks at the Topaz, shakes it and tries again. Nothing. Giving up, Johon puts the topaz away, and looks back at Nur. "I don't know what I'm doing wrong" Johon says, shrugging. As he does so, the sword of Decay slightly gravitates towards his fist.

"So does magic just manipulate the enviroment through movement, or does it create the enviroment, or both?" Johon pulls out his topaz and holds it in his hand, aiming it at the ceiling, almost wincing. "So what do I do now?"

"So nur, how does magic work? I know it's a loaded question, but how do you percieve it?"

"I've been doing ok, not the best in all honesty though. Are you still into hand to hand combat? Last I saw you seemed to be practicing that."

Johon sees Nur enter the hall (or didn't notice until now). He decides to strike up conversation. "Long time no see..." Johon says tapping on Nur's shoulder to get his attention. "...How have you been?"

"Numbskull" Johon murmers to himself, sitting back down.

"Who are you calling a barbarian?" Johon says, shoving the knight backwards. "Why don't you stay out of arguments you hipocritical simpleton?"

"What is all this blabbering about?" Johon says, as he turns to face Brickington, sword drawn and ready for battle. "He's free to his opinion you rookie! I don't want to start a fight." Johon says, getting ready for a fight. Things had excalated quickly.

Johon signs up for Unlimited Quest: Fields of Glory

Johon, alone at a table, sees a newcomer into the hall, but it didn't appear she was here to be a hero, but looks could be decieving. He gets up and walks over to her. "Greetings, miss. What brings you here?"

OoC: I'm signed up for quest 83.

Johon, disappointed at not being chosen for quest 81, signs up for quest 83, 84, and 85. Hopefully he would get in one of those quests.

Ahh, ok that makes more sense now.

I haven't been reading any other quests lately, so can someone explain how the heck people are getting like 50 effects on 1 artifact?

I honestly wouldn't be surprised is that was the case.

Fine... Be that way! I bet the whole quest is the grandfinale...

Oh, of course I knew that, but is the battle gonna be in stages? Like with puzzles or mini-battles? Also, about how much of the quest is boss-battles? Last time about 75% boss battles.

Cool. Not for the characters, but for the story arc. Do you have some super-de-duperdy boss battle planned at the end?

Endgame, please attempt to kill at least 1 of the good NPCs in quest 81. Not like in a battle, more like a sacrifice or a planned trap. There weren't really any important deaths in 48. Let's see, there was the guard at the start and some people at that house, but that's all I remeber.

"If you've read the questboard, these Proggs are apparently trying to make peace with mankind now, which hopefully they are doing. A while ago, I was on a quest where the Proggs, under their leader, were trying to conquer the world. The Regret, though, had planned to take the empire after their leader fell. It gets a lot more complicated, but that's the gist."

"What do you think is so impossible about it? Yes it is extremely powerful, and likely to be used in the wrong hands, but it DOES exist. The proggs are living proof of this, and the Oculoids too, probably."
