Haha, the flowers do that much? Cause it all is a MOC ;). But I'll play around with it when I get home late tonight.

Thanks! There are actually tiles in between those bricks, so there is something there. But maybe I'll add something else. And yeah, the flowers could be a bit more varied. Thanks for the suggestions!

I love to read, so I decided my town should get a bookstore. So I made my own design, with a full interior. The outside is made with a SNOT technique for the facade. I've also used some modified 1 x 2 tiles with balls for the details on the top. I love this piece and always wanted to use it. So I did. On the ground floor there are some bookcases with books you can buy, and of course a cash register. The second floor (see video link below, don't have a picture yet, sorry!) features more of a relaxing room. There's another book case, but also a couch where you can sit and check out the novels you've found. There are also some computers, to look up some stuff (like the book you had in mind, but can't remember the title of). I think it turned out to be a nice addition to my city. Very pleased with the end result, if I say so myself. For more details, I made a YouTube video.

Thanks for the feedback!

@Blk69 Thanks for the feedback! It is indeed a candy store, but I'm not really sure what else to put on the building. A pretzel kind of worked :) And I'll think about the other stuff. Thanks!

@LegoFan117 Thanks! :)

@Count I actually did just center the brick, so that is solved! And not necessarily, but it does make access to some stuff in there easier.

Cool, thanks! And thanks so much for the positive feedback :)

Hi guys! I worked on a small MOC for my winter village tonight. Inspiration came partly from the Lego Gingerbread House, but of course I went my own way with it. Now I'm looking for opinions. What do you guys think of it? Should I change anything? Note: the plates on the inside of the building and the small hole in the wall are there to get rid of some wires, since I'm going to put a light inside. This way, you'll hardly see it.

So I decided to create a Coca Cola Christmas Truck for my Winter Village, and this is the result. Took the Lego Truck as a basis and modified that design to fit my own goal. I think it turned out well :).

Haha thanks! I'll do my best to show more soon. Going to build a MOC today, so expect pictures soon! No, not yet. But great suggestion, I'm probably going to pick that up soon. I know a store that still sells it.

If this is true that would be awesome. Please let it be true.

Hi guys! I'm Eveline from The Netherlands and a new member here. I came out of the dark ages last May and my house is already too small for all the Lego I own. I'm building my own city, got a nice Star Wars collection, own all the Brickheadz and am working on a Christmas Town (called Christmas, Doctor Who fans will get that ). I also make video's of my work (mostly the city and some speed builds) and take pictures which I post on Instagram. During the day I'm a freelance journalist. At night I build Lego or enjoy some of my other hobbies: watching series/movies (Star Wars, Doctor Who, Harry Potter), writing and photography. Nice to meet you all! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask :).
