There are some pirates' heads/faces in the Official PIRATES/SAILORS section of this post. A few bicorne designs are in the ACCESSORY scetion at the bottom of the same post, along with a template for them. -

I totally agree; I got Fangz a few days ago, and it looks great! In spite of its being a robot, it looks more organic than most of the Bionicle beasts, at least those released: I remember the bear in the Mask of Light film, an that lookd pretty awsome!

As I told you elsewhere, Masked Bulder, I was lloking forward to this review. You did a spendid job, as expected, and condirmed my decision on this set. It's deinetly a must have for the paleontologist in me! Hat off to TLG designers for this dinosaurs! They look great, and not at all too childish imo. -

Could you please give us a better insight on your 'problem'? Did you design the decal yourself, or is it a re-colour/mod of a decal made by someone else? What program did you use? I see there is some inconsistency with the greens on the back design, as there are some darker rectangles on the slightly lighter torso base. Is that your issue?
