Raccoon-San and Fox-San (Fabuland)
LuxorV replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
They really look great. Very well chosen, SirNadroy Thanks for sharing. LuxorV -
Thanks all for the positive feedback Well, I didn't count every hour, but it usually is something like 1/2 hour each decal, so about 6 hours for all of them Yes, the WW stands for Wild West. I too, after posting the topic, thought the WW looked more like World War than Wild West LuxorV

Today I was uploading a few files on BS, and a folder catched my eye. So I remembered I did use Fabuland characters (mainly Sinner and Copmike) in my comic: Discovery Bricks. Since the Index includes also comics and stories, would you be interested in adding mine ? Here are the links to the EB posts (I didn't consider the first issue, since it did not include Fabuland MFs, and wasn't really a comic, yet; it was just a sort of stop-motion story): Discovery Bricks 2 - The Walrus that came from the Past (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=12975) Discovery Bricks 3 - At the Rescue (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=15068) Btw, I now remember (again) that Sinner, too, created a story for his sigfig: The Abyss (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=11599) LuxorV -
It was hard work, but here they are: 12 WW decals for you all Enjoy LuxorV

The Many Adventures of the Whacker and the Walrus #6
LuxorV replied to Hinckley's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Very catching story this far, Hinckley And great new creations: the monster truck is just amazing, and the Copmike bot and Steampunk Pirate Ship are beautiful . I'm sure Captain Green Hair's revenge will be terrible :skull: ! Can't wait to see next issue! LuxorV -
Always happy to be of help . Really neat work, BerndDasBrot LuxorV

Actually, somebody did propose it at the origins, in the Fabuland Revolution Thread... Unfortunately, I don't have time for reviewing my sets now , so I'll see if there will still be space for them later. For now, everyone who can make a Fabuland set review is welcome, imo I'll be waiting to see your reviws, WhiteFang LuxorV -
Welcome to EB, zachmoe. You MOC is amazing . I your style, and I'll have to study it carfully to grasp all the details and techniques you used. Btw, this ship's name takes me back 4 years, when I studied mineralogy at University . LuxorV

I agree. Hinckley, you are one of the best customizers here, and you should have the badge . On topic: I think the new rule can be very useful , even if I usually post the finished MOC, and eventually make an improved/modified Version 2 later. LuxorV -
This is great ! I it: it's simple, but very effective. Can't wait to see your other creations! LuxorV

Well, if you could see the conditions of some of the fossils I work on, you wouldn't be that surprised . LuxorV

Here are the pics, and a bit of story to introduce them: One day, Sinner was running on his motorbike to get to his wife Colette. He had promised her they were going to the theatre that night, and he was late. He had spent most of the afternoon to find a gentleman suit for the occasion. You know, not all shops have walrus-sized clothes. All of a sudden, behind a corner, Sinner found himself face to face with Copmike and his speed limit sign... A close-up on Copmike And now Sinner Sorry for the quality of the decals, but my printer seems to have problems with darker colors LuxorV

This time is just a small pack of remakes. I decided to re-create the decals of 3 Adventurers minifigs I don't own. More may come later. Alexis Sinister: Gabarros (good as a Pirate torso, too): Max Villano (a possible WW character, too): Later on this week I'll post a more interesting pack with no less than 12 remakes . Stay tuned! Thanks, Asuka . Now, as I said, here are the decals in a series of different colors. I hope you like them. I'm sure you've all find the suit that suits your taste . LuxorV

Nice to see new Fabuland decals . Your design is really great; it has that bit of cartoonish that really merges well with the Fabuland theme. And, I agree with Asuka that the slow match should be lighted. LuxorV

I'm glad you all like them . I'll try to post pics of these decals on the figs tomorrow . LuxorV
