Eurobricks Staff, with the sponsoring of EB member and customiser MinifigureHQ, is proud to announce the very special Alien Investigators Raffle Building Challenge! We challenge our members to create a small scene about your custom Alien Investigator/s dealing with mysterious and super secret stuff from Outer Space. Would it be a G-man investigating a crash landing in the desert? Or a Hazmat team handling the Moon Phantoms in the old library? Read the rules & post your entry in this thread! The rules are: You need to be a member of Eurobricks who joined before the 10th of October 2015. This is a fun thing, so have FUN! The MOC needs to have at least two (2) original LEGO pieces in it, NO clone ones. Self-made custom decals can be used, but no third-party items this time. The MOC needs to be new - no recycling here please - just fresh stuff. The entry must be posted in this thread before 8 pm GMT, by the 24th of October, 2015. Your entry must include one image (and only one image) and be no larger than 800x600. One entry per qualified member. The winner will be randomly drawn by the Staff. The prize will be a set of both Agent Sculder and Agent Mully custom minifigs from Minifigures.com

First of all, welcome to the MCW. As a general rule-of-thumb, people use to post here only decals made upon request. If you want to make decals of your own choosing and share them, please go ahead and create a new topic called 'Plokman Decals' or something like that. That way you'll be able to get feedback on your works, and this topic will remain clean for requests only. Hope this helps.

The OP hasn't been active on EB for a few months now, so do not expect an immediate reply to your questions. Be patient and he might get here again and answer you. As an alternative, you could try to contact him via Flickr, as there's a link to his account beside most of the pics he linked.

Minifig parts and accessories you don't like
LuxorV replied to AmperZand's topic in General LEGO Discussion
As this discussion is on official LEGO parts and not customs, I'm moving it to General LEGO Discussion. -
Hi easytiger, and welcome to EB. You have some great models there, but your pictures are not complying to our Site Guidelines. Please resize them (you can find a link on how to do it via Flickr in the Tutorials' section; look in my signature) and then deep-link again. Thanks.

As this discussion is about Kre-O parts availability and not customisation, I'll move it to Community.

TUTORIAL: Designing torso prints in Adobe Illustrator
LuxorV replied to ED-209's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I'd say this tutorial is meant to be as complete as possible, and as such it works for white decal paper. The clear decal paper version, as you say, would have to have a transparent background for the torso colour. -
There's a number of differences: - the one linked by dr_spock is a topic showcasing a MOC, with an introduction which lets members know something about the creation (in case they did not recognise the source material). The Ideas link is not in the first post, but in the builder's signature, plus another in the reply to a comment directly referencing the Ideas programme; - the one by you is a topic including a number of pictures, without any comment or introduction on your part. Then there are links, all to external sources, including the background story and Ideas ones. Regarding the latter, as you say yourself, it is highlighted, and phrased just to ask for support. To sum things up, it is good practice to make showcase topics, with some background story about the model, inspiration and so on, maybe asking other members for comments and critics. Then, it may include a link to the Ideas project, but not a call for support, not even in brackets. Hope this helps.

You'll find all info related to tags in the Eurobricks Staff Structure, User Groups and Tags topic (just scroll down a bit).
-
As it happens for other tags, it is given to members who contribute, to the MCW in this case.

You should check the Star Wars Decals Index, though I'm not sure those two are in there...
-
As far as I can see, those are stickers he designed and printed by himself.

You have to either re-size it before uploading to your photo sharing site, or select the appropriate size when deep-linking. There's a series of tutorials you can find by following the Eurobricks FAQ link in my signature (though I don't think we have one for imgur...).

Clear decals with facial stubble?
LuxorV replied to djtinylove's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I just checked random ones and they all work for me. Since most link to Brickshelf, maybe you tried at a time when that site was down?
