I have the Parisian Restaurant and Assembly Square, and I also have the Old Fishing Store as it is similar to a modular and great standalone building. I think the Old Fishing Store is now my favorite building. If we are talking about modular buildings only, I think as a total package, the Parisian Restaurant is the best modular to date. Price is $150, great exterior and interior on each level, the side has the seating area which looks good viewing it from the side, fits on a 32x32 baseplate. Just top to bottom the best in my opinion.

Hey everyone, My name's Justin. I just recently got back into Lego as an AFOL about 1 1/2 years ago. I just started working on MOCs and constructing my own Lego city. I am currently working on a beach house. I just started but if anyone wants to see progress pics, I can post them. I am thinking of putting it on the Lego Ideas site to see what kind of reaction I get. I am completely open to ideas, changes, suggestions or constructive criticism as well! Thanks! Justin
