  1. Hi, I have a 42069, which is heavy, so I have used 4L's and one battery box, that will trigger the overloading safety. Is it possible to power the 4L's with two parallel battery boxes and one IR receiver? Thanks.
  2. Hi, thanks for the review, I've got one already and I am building it with my son. I must say I find it heavy (around 3Kg) - so expensive to add power functions to it. I am still working on powering it, two L motors and a servo barely work. I had to add 2 studs in length in the back of the seats to add a servo there (and optionally M motors for winch and the foldable back). The winch wire became a problem after powering it because is too flexible, so it goes easily off. The price looks good for the number of parts, though. Still, looks pretty loaded, over-loaded in the back, but I truly enjoy the doors. The bottom parts of the doors make the gray thresholds look redundant to me.
  3. Thanks, the wheels go smooth (there are two buggies attached), but, I've forgot to mention, the steering function does this without them running and in hand too. A question is how would I know which one's fault is, receiver or remote control, assuming the batteries are OK. I see why these are not produced anymore, hard to integrate and replace, but I'd have liked such power functions, if they've just made these more modular.
  4. Hello, I also have some strange behavior, but with steering only. Turn left, it's OK, turn right, it's OK. But, if I go left, then directly right, or vice-versa, it goes hesitating, meaning from left to right, then to center (straight) shortly, then right. Is it by design? Thank you.
