I wonder if the train station sales were bad for 60050 and that's why it was retired early.. maybe we won't see a new station? That would be sad.

Could your give your description of the cargo train's cargo cars & track-side structures? Any idea on the amount of track included?

If they are 'final-ish' I would bet the passenger train nose probably has a sticker like 60051 did to transition the color.

"Leaked pictures" TheBrickShow seemed to confirm on reddit that the ones he has are of the same models, but different pics. I'm getting a 7898 vibe from the cargo train.. coupled with the rumor of a crane car, it's interesting.

Same here! I hope the descriptions aren't doing it justice, cause they don't sound great to me so far. To those who have seen them, any more details about the track-side structures in the cargo train? The guard tower description seemed weird.

Those leaks need to hurry! I was thinking if they re-hashed a previous train, it should have been 3677 in green. Since they rehashed 7939 (yellow) with 60098 (red) and 60052 (blue) is the current one, it would have made more sense. As for Ideas, it seems they can't get 10k train fans to agree on a model, let alone one that would appeal to a greater market. Too many different interests (steam/electric/diesel/older/modern/cargo/passenger/etc)

I don't think steam fits into the modern city line, any hope for steam would probably be a creator set. Which Reddit thread is that? I didn't see it in the Lego subreddit.

He said the passenger train looks like the previous white one, I guess that means another ICE style? He also said the cargo train was like the previous.. but didn't say which previous engine.

In the town forum where we got the prices / set numbers they listed a new straights / curves track pack. Wild speculation - but what if the new track pack is for a monorail or other new system? When should we find out officially the summer sets?
