  1. I may be cheap, but I'm not EZ. Call me a CoyBoy all you want, and flower me with cards, gifts, and flowers, but I still get to play the sheriff in this here Town. And no, I won't meet you in the Chamber after work. EDIT: Boy! This is going to hell in a hand basket.
  2. I know, but don't feel bad. Him and the Walrus seem to bring out the best in us. They had us at "hello".
  3. Oh quiet, you little ki$$ @$$! Didn't he even tell you to keep your nose away from his... I hope you do realize I'm joking here - except for the ki$$ @$$ part.
  4. No, silly! That's someone else we all know and love... I won't say any names, but it starts with the letter "H" and ends with "inckley". Guess all you want, but I won't tell you if you don't already know.
  5. Very nice. I don't think it looks too big at all. I like the combination of colors that you've used - very original. I would much rather see a style like this rather than a City with a street so full of vehicles, figs, and buildings, that it takes away from the look of a real city. This looks great! I think the important thing to do is maintain the scale with the rest of your buildings. Although your questionable building is much taller, the scale is the same and like in real cities, not all so "cookie-cutter".
  6. Where'd I put my boots? This is starting to get deep.
  7. Oh, I love it! What an outstanding mountain bike scene. I love the falling red bike. This one is another classic.
  8. Go Miniman Go - but watch out for that downhill turn! Eurobricks member Rupi shares his 2nd entry for the Go Miniman Go Contest. Children: Make sure you don't try this at home!
  9. Good thing - another interview with Hinck would have been like #5, or perhaps even more. Carly Simon's "You're So Vain" song comes to mind. He probably thinks this interview is about him. EDIT: Oh, BTW: anyone who recently joined the Fan Club who didn't get their brown hat and swirley pin, just shoot me a private message and I'll have those mailed out right away. Sorry 'bout that. We were experiencing a high volume of calls and messages, but do keep in mind that you are limited to two memberships per household. UPDATE: As a constellation, we do have an abundance of free Walrus flippers and "I Wanna Be a CoyBoy" hats. You just need to provide the secret code, "SWIRLEY".
  10. Hinck: Didn't you have a small role in the 1973 Sci-Fi classic, ?
  11. I knew he had some acting ability after seeing him play the Captain in Mystery Ship. Where's all those tough questions? Remember... the ones that make him cry... The ones that make him laugh... The ones that give him swirleys in his mind...? Soft interview!
  12. Awesome! There's a lot, but I'd love to see you fill in more of those not reviewed.
  13. This is really a great digital design. It reminds me a little of the new Cargo Truck. The design is very well done. I also like the cars (which remind me of the red car in the most recent Cargo Train). I have not tried to build a detailed MOC with LDD. I'm impressed with anyone who can create something like this without real bricks. Nice job!
  14. Wow! This really is impressive. I like the mansion a lot, which reminds me of the house from Hitchcock's Psycho movie. I like the roof construction which looks perfect. The landscaping is equally nice. I bet this house and set-up really looks much larger than pictured.
  15. Thanks for that bit of info. I'm not familiar with the computer game or the characters, although I may have heard the name Pepper Roni. Do you know the Island Girl's name (not included in this set though)?
  16. Three vampires went into a bar and sat down. The barmaid came over to take their orders. "And what would you, er, gentlemen like tonight?" The first vampire said, "I'll have a mug of blood." The second vampire said, "I'll have a mug of blood." The third vampire shook his head at his companions and said, "I will have a glass of plasma." The barmaid wrote down each order, went to the bar and called to the bartender, "Two bloods and a blood light."
  17. What a great review of set I had never seen before. This is a "true classic", and has the look of set much older than 1996. Your set looks so nice too, very well maintained. The figs are equally nice and compliment the set nicely. Great review, esp for your first Jones. Outstanding!
  18. Thanks for sharing the info. I like the boat for this set. ReZourceman shared a review of this set if anyone is interested in some close-up images.
  19. Eurobricks Trains & Town Forum Exceeds 150 Image Reviews! Over the past several months, members of Eurobricks have been creating a Comprehensive Index of all Town, City, Train, and related-sub-theme sets and reviews. Over 150 set reviews have now been Indexed with reviews of sets that date back as far as 1975. Wondering what that set you always wanted looks like. Not sure if you want to buy that set on Ebay or BrickLink. Perhaps it has been reviewed on Eurobricks. Check out the Comprehensive Trains & Town Index. Reminder: All Eurobrick members are encouraged to share set reviews and can even join the Reviewers Academy to learn the "do's" and "do nots" of a good review.
  20. Nice job Steve. Your mocs are always clever. I esp. like the little red bicycle. EDIT: but where have all the Orcs gone?
  21. Alice: I don't know if this is the right place to post a message like this, but since I love Halloween too, and we don't have a separate Halloween Forum, I'm in. What did one jack-o-lantern say to the other? Cut it out! Why do jack-o-lanterns have stupid smiles on their faces? You'd have a stupid smile, too, if you had just had all your brains scooped out! What's the ratio of a pumpkin's circumference to its diameter? Pumpkin Pi (3.1428571428571428571428571428571) PS. There was once a taffy much better than Laughy Taffy, and that was Tangy Taffy. Do you remember or ever had Tangy Taffy?
  22. I like the minifig you created a lot, esp the face. I used that head for the Card Creeper, one of my Grave Stone haunts.
  23. I didn't know Lego SAH still had the phone specials. Thanks for the heads up. There use to be a web site that would post the specials each week. I need to start checking again.
  24. 007: I've been meaning to comment on this outstanding creation for some time, but never got around to it. As I always say after seeing your creations, this is another excellent MOC. Your Western MOCs (with the exception of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow), are your best. This one comes very close to your Mexican town (almost a toss up for me). I love your building style with use of numerous flat tiles and colors like brown grey, and tan. This mine looks so much like something you'd see in a Wild West movie, I could almost smell the dust from the cave and hear the picks clanking against the ore. I esp. like the way you created the flume, and the great details like the wheels, chain, and ropes. I'm also impressed with your design of the lamp pole/post. I've tried to create numerous wooden beams like this before, and they've never come out. Yours is a creative design that looks great. The figs are equally nice and compliment the mine well. Another OUTSTANDING 007 creation! I admire your building talents.
