  1. Thanks But, the model has a weight of 1200 grams. At this size this means A lot of parts. I think reverse engineering this model will be nearly impossible, I wish them most of luck . Maybe I will make instructions in the future, but the making of instructions is very time consuming work, especially with models this complicated. Time is something I do not have a lot of...
  2. Why 8 copper rings inside the turntable for 2 functions? Why not 6 and use positive an negative for both?
  3. Unfortunately I cannot upload to cuusoo, because of their new policy. I'm not 18 yet.
  4. Thanks . Yeah quite a few, took me 17 months...
  5. First post edited with updated pictures. More of them can be found on flickr.
  6. Well, when I was taking pictures today. I noticed that they were a bit grainy due to bad light, I've got to weight for a tripod for the camera till tomorrow. Paul202: the pictures can't be un-blurred, this is how they are, strait from the camera .
  7. And it is done! the build has been finished. After my first upload (sep-2011) 17 months have past away. I proudly present: Mini Unimog (blurred edition)! 8. Thanks , I know there are some details that are in-corrected. But since the tracks had already cost me 60€ and not to speak of the rest of the parts/electronics. I had to draw a line (to keep the peace with my parents ). Wow thanks , I'd love to see a render from you on this model. But the sheer complexity makes it a bit though . Personally it's my favorite and even better than my towtruck. I could do a remake but that's just one of the 50 project banging along in my head. I've got way to much to do and so little time. I hope to have more time after my final exams, even tho university is waiting .
  9. These are amazing, so creative
  10. Congrats , looking forward to the first official sets of Grohl's hand.
  11. Yes but yours is 10 studs longer and 9 studs higher . Wonder how small I can get with 2RC motors and 2 rechargeable battery's. Sounds like a project to me . Yes it was empty at the start of the race .
  12. Hmm, 2 rc motors would be nice on such a small scale .
  13. I used 1 RC motor and a final gear ratio of 1:3.89. I know you can get much faster but the truck is quite heavy for it's size (1.25kg) and for the ACC we had to pull a trailer to. So I wanted to have some power left to.
  14. Yes the receivers are linked together. The point is that each receiver is limited to a maximum of current. And when using the RC-motor with pf you need just that extra bit to prevent the security in the receiver to kick in and stop the vehicle.
  15. Finally have I been able to finish the movie of this moc and launch a topic about it on Eurobricks. And as always you can find more on Flickr
  16. Try to set your shocks more vertical. Take the shocks of and figure out what the line of motion of of your suspension, then set your shocks in line with this line of motion.
  17. I've recently made a truck in that scale, greatly inspired by the models of 2LegoOrNot2Lego. One thing I've learned is to have patience. Like Ingmar said, you'll run into problems like motorizing or getting good stabilizers (if you build a crane). Take your time to solve these and it'll pay of . For example, not the scale your asking for but that doesn't matter. Right now I'm working on a "mini" scale version of the 8110 Unimog. The build started 10 months ago and it still isn't finished. Another example, it took me 5 months to complete this beast:
