Now THAT is an actual problem, and I wish that both sets were $40 as ridiculous as that would be. Giant Hulk with stuff glued on him doesn't warrant a ten dollar increase IMO. If you can fit figures entirely around the stadium though I will enjoy that.

The inspiration for Thor Ragnarok comes from the earliest Thor comics that were bubblegum pop colorful and psychedelic and rides on GoTG and Doctor Strange showcasing that the cosmic world is much much more different than the grounded and realistic approach of the other MCU films. I can understand how people are turned off by it, but at the same time I appreciate how distinct and different they are from other "arena" sets.

I think these sets suffered from the company mandate that all sets must revolve around Batman, though the Antlantean set is pretty neat.

Destiny's Bounty is BEAUTIFUL! Does it have a below deck area?? -
I honestly think the Asgard set is perfect. The ship is unique and strange and fits the Jack Kirby aesthetic that this movie seems to be going for, Bruce Banner is a great addition, Thor and Hela are fantastic minifigures, unique army figures are always nice and Fenrir and Helas large dress thing is a great surprise! Valkyrie is an interesting figure, not quite sure what's going on there but the Asgard set is easily the best MCU set this year.

I'd chalk up the Arena set being $10 more to being just bigfig tax for the Hulk figure. I don't think the build will be much bigger than the ship.

Is there one more exclusive that has yet to be revealed?
-
When are finally getting Seventh Sister?
-
I think the "Star Destroyer" is going to be Snoke's ship and not the Finalizer. If we have any clarification on that it'd be great, but its also sort of strange that the top two expensive sets are both "villain" sets.
-
So the most reputable leaks so far have been a First Order Tie Bomber set as well as a First Order walker? And the only confirmed figures are the Rose and Resistance General(?) figure we saw a while back? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.
-
Could you possibly hint at the biggest set?
-
I really hope that Snoke comes with a good number of his guards as apparently they are all unique designs with unique weapons. I can also see them gating a big hero character in the set like they did with K2 and Krennics shuttle. Maybe Del Toros character?
-
How much was the last walker? I can see it being the same price as Kylo's Command Shuttle with Snoke's being the largest set, though if the rumors are true, Benecio Del Toro's character might be getting a ship set as well.
-
Any word on Snoke's rumored ship being one of the sets, or is the Gorilla Walker the largest set that's been rumored for the TLJ wave?
-
That's not too bad at all. I hope the trilogy secrecy that was in play with TFA doesn't happen this time around so we can see sets as early as then.
-
Does anyone remember around what time the Rogue One sets leaked?
-
Now that I can agree with, considering Steve Trevor is Captain America with no leg printing... But I digress. I think Star Lords updated helmet, Taserface and Yondu carry this wave.

I think I may know the answer to this one. James Gunn was VERY strict this time around with spoilers and what was and was not allowed to be shown in trailers and merchandise because he wanted most everything after the thirty minute mark to be a complete surprise. This is why we don't have Ego in any of the sets. Seeing as the Abilisk fight happens very early in I think it was TLGs best chance to make a set they could market with a large number of the Guardians, and Gamora happened to be wearing that gender neutral armour, and TLG didn't want to print hips on there to cut costs. I think Ayesha is the exception to the rule as Marvel may have given toy designers her more simple outfit she wears later in the movie as opposed to her "Paragon" outfit in the beginning.

Each main hero figure (Spidey, Thor) has very good printing. Not sure what the problem is.

If the First Order Gorilla Tank thing is true, those things are going to be toyetic as hell. There's no way LEGO will pass up a chance at that. I'm almost certain that'll be our biggest set: that or the Star Destroyer.

I actually completely forgive the relatively uninteresting Vulture helmet due to that Hela helmet. Good lord that is nice.

He totally has a smirking face, that's the sole appeal for everyone who already has an earlier Loki. I have him with the Superman grin so I wonder how a new expression will stack up.

The other MCU Loki figure is almost perfect besides the face, I think the weird outfit he has on is just an excuse to make an "exclusive figure"/have Loki and Hulk in the same set.

I think this was before the set pictures were released that show how colorful (like bubblegum pop colorful) the gladiator planet is, so the confusion is understandable.
