I actually think this is one of the best ideas yet. There could be some great sets from this, it could just be a sub-theme in city aswell. I would love to see some new lego animals, oh the possibilities! *wub*

I, myself, also hate the bulky spring loaded blunt shooter cannons. I have over 30 of them, and now it seems like every single set above 20 dollars has one. :-| (ok.. abit of exagerration.. but sheesh!) Every single set I bought for christmas had some kind of spring loaded function in it.

Yeap. The biggest problem I can see is the odd colored click joints. I couldve changed that if I wasnt lazy, but I built this in like 2 hours. The top turret thing. Bad arial view! More crappy colored joints. Scarab Vs Gattling tank? Scarab. Scarab Vs Tank? Scarab. Scarab Vs Mecha? Ooh.. Scarab. Scarab Vs random guy in green armour?... Video game logic deceives me. The most accurate portions of the scarab are probably the legs, the body may be abit small, but I ran out of peices. Also yes, I know the joint colors are horrid, but hey. Thats what I had, and they only stick out so much because the rest of it is grey. Well, I tried. Lemee know what you think. Scarabs are hard to build. I challenge you to build one aswell!

That new machine is amazing, whether or not it's good inspiration. Gotta love how this walking technology is really coming into usefullness and into play.

I always wonder what happens to all the lego in displays at target and Tru, after they take them down. Other than theyre covered in hot glue, I dont think they would ask if anyone wanted them, as with alot of places if theres unopened sets of them, theyd rather not give them away (they want monies!) so they probably just throw them away :-| As like here, im sure theres hot glue all over this display; there always is.

With 1800 peices, thats alot of dark blue bricks! Being one of my favourite colours of lego, that sounds great, although I don't know if Id dare taking it apart. For larger sets like this, isnt the Euro sign just replaced with the dollar sign for american price? So 120 bucks? Not bad.

Quite honestly, im not a big fanboy of either! :-D However, I feel castle is more useful for parts to me, and I remember playing with and building castles before I was a space junkie. :-$ Maybe I didnt vote pirates because I never did own a big hulled pirate ship, or two, so I cant truely appreciate them..?
