  1. Cool, nice to hear you will use the similar idea.
  2. That was a question a while ago, in general discussion, but for a Answer to help, I did not know of this game.
  3. How about #AntColony? Where everyone shows their fire ant?
  4. Good, I will try and compact this down today, with smaller tires.
  5. That was my original idea! I did not end up using it, but your interpretation is better, way better.
  6. Okay then, thanks. No, they align correctly, if one side is one way, the other will too. Bevel gears have very little backlash.
  7. No, a regular body, but with a reversable seat inside.
  8. should the build be asymetrical? to allow a cool body, but allow a spinning chair? would you vote for one of the two aforementioned ideas?
  9. Thats what i expected, just doesn't seem wacky on its own.
  10. are you going to enter your three mode supercar? it isn't much of a wacky idea.
  11. my thoughts exactly. I thought about the chair movement, but it will be very complex. i caught grasshoppers when i was young too.
  12. Working on that, still room for it.
  13. Thanks, i agree it is quite a wacky part of the car.
  14. finally finished a prototype! I was really on and off about entering, i tried about three different ideas before settling on this one. The name coincides with the guns mounted on both ends. Hog (both ends [more later]) Dual guns (hence the name) Dual seats (one each way) Symmetrical body Active bumpers (for battering rams) Lightweight body The steering is the wacky function of the build, so if you need to u-turn, the drivers swap controls. the rear seat operates both guns, and front operates throttle and steering (rear hog steers correctly to not obscure in the driver's view). The bumpers are still WIP, they are going to be wider to be like battering rams, or protect wheels. The car is driven by a powerful set of torque vectoring motors. Notice the bumper movement?
  15. I have been watching this project from start, and am very much liking the finished product. I just finished the prototype for mine, yesterday morning, yours was made way before mine. Not that I wasn't working on other types.
  16. I also finally made my Tc12 entry, so I can add a robot lab like @dagupa suggested.
  17. I have a bucket of sand for outside (for my tracked excavator)
  18. Not sure at moment, but it still would not allow long vid. Yes, but that only needs some work to find one, or make a beam structure.
  19. Sorry for long wait, but video is ready, it was short due to YouTube size limit, and quality isn't great, (on wifi, still no hd! What?!)
