  1. It seems my guess was wrong. I thought no would be the primary awnser. Does anyone know where a cheap one is?
  2. Seems like a lot more people have buggy motors than I thought.
  3. You could add casters for less dragging.
  4. I want to take a poll to see what percentage out there have a buggy motor. If you do just post yes or no if you don't own one. Disclaimer: this is my own poll and I will not use names or pictures, just the ratio of yes to no of owning a buggy motor. It may be to show that sometimes buggy motors might not be fair. Edit: I don't so I will factor that in.
  5. My one suggestion for now. A competition without buggy motors!!! I don't own one and I don't think most people on here own one. They are rare and expensive! Please think about this future Contest maker. Aventador
  6. Did anyone put their bot in the entry topic and then realize they can still mod? I just realized that and gave a sign of relief. I thought of adding a spinner on top near the lifter and went, well I can't because it is in the entry topic. Then I reread the rules and realized I can still mod. Relief is real!!!
  7. i will just make a single vid
  8. Yeah, it is not very maneuverable because of the tires on all wheels. You could try tracks.
  9. Ok will try that today.
  10. still build on floor because my desk is small. those are very nice sets.
  11. I haven't learned video editing yet so it is two vids.
  12. Completed bot and most definitely final.
  13. @Slewentogzz that is a great name idea. i second it. maybe put a spinner at the top to damage the other bot.
  14. yes that would help. the xls are very (torquey?) so it would make it move better. i agree it is very slow
  15. What about a 4l pin, another hub like 8070's hub, a 13l axle, and 17l and 19l beams
  16. I would love to have one, but I am not arranging a contest now, just asking thoughts Though an rc car contest would be fun Edit @Offroadcreat1ons I might have missed that. If so I apologize.
  17. I was thinking after posting my tc11 entry, what would be your ideal contest on eurobricks? I thought about it and what if it was a c model contest, or a track car contest, or even a rally contest. I would love to hear your thoughts, Aventador Edit: I am not making a contest, I am just asking for thoughts
  18. What did you use for front wheels? I am reworking my bot thanks to seeing this and blackout!!
  19. 2. destructobox v5.2 Cat b: IR Signature move: Toppler it was named destructobox for its boxy shape. destructobox uses Ir because i like having a controller in my hand. during its development several different versions were made. this bot was to use a horizontal blade but the size constraint was not allowed to be 62* studs rule. if it had been at the start, this bot would be way different. the bot's weapon is a 1:5 geared down ramp flipper driven by m motors with Armour is two layers thick at top. its downside is its inability to right itself, however its center of gravity is in such a great place a flipper would need a lot of travel to flip it. check out its development here. size size video *I measured and a 45X45X45 cube allows a 62 stud, beam wide area.
  20. @evortigosa i think it could be changed but it would mess with the forum
