Yes but I checked the US LEGO S@H, and the "Sorry, item is not available in this country" wasn't there. Just a website glitch I presume.

Great fire station, I love the hinged sloping roof! I'm not sure about the big brown doors though, perhaps black would look better.

You could use a Town Hall (maybe 10224 ), with a small park with a fountain in the centre.

Brilliant looking MOC, I would love to see this in real bricks! Yes I do think that the roof needs lowering. Green Grocer - esque bay window!

Very nice creation, it's clever to use different pieces to recreate a set, good thinking! If you replace the blue bricks with white on the front of the ground floor, this could look quite spectacular!
