It's a choice out of 5 (I honestly cannot decide ):
10020 Sante Fe Super Chief:
A re-release (more modern version) of 6399:
10184 Town Plan:
10182 Café Corner:
10190 Market Street:
All of these sets make me
And finally this
Actually having seen the MegaFactories: LEGO episode I think it's around 30 - 40 % now.
Yes this is a great idea, there should be 3 of these sets:
-Earth colours (blue, green, brown, a variety of shades of course )
-Black and white
-A selection of bley, tan, reddish brown, etc.
I agree, I think the main baseplate should be dark bley and the path should be light bley.
Could you at least give "denik" some constructive criticism? That would be more helpful. Thanks.
Anyway, another good MOC "denik", I am liking your work, but I suggest using darker bricks to capture the atmosphere of the place better. And yes the camera work could be better, but otherwise good job!
We actually got 2 banks in 2011, Gringott's in 10217, and of course, 3661. Therefore, I doubt there will be another bank for the next few years.
There has been a small leak of Lego Exclusive sets for 2012, including 10223 Kingdom's Joust (which is to be like MMV 10193), but most exciting of all, next year's modular building, 10224 Town Hall - discussion topic can be found here.
This set has been available in the UK since late December, but I haven't got it (as much as I like the cars) - it's just way to expensive for what you get.
This unfortunately happens to stickers gradually over time, regardless of whether they have been in contact with direct sunlight or not.
I suggest some sort of scrubbing brush (or a toothbrush), and warm soapy water (ideally in a nearly-full basin).
If you remove the stickers by hand (i.e. scraping it off with your nail), there is a sticky glue that remains. Luckily, using the method above will resolve this. If you would like some replacement stickers, search around online (it's amazing how many people don't apply their stickers), ot contact TLG.
Hope this helped
The only cooler possibility would be that it was made completely out of thousands of LEGO pieces (par from the tyres, and still be able to function (Power Functions)).
I bought nothing, getting some small CITY sets soon though
In fact I haven't bought ANY Lego since the end of July - Medieval Market Village ( ) ... Well, I just spent around £250 on the latest Ipod Touch + Accessories and Apps... Perhaps I should build a Lego Ipod?
EDIT: I have tried about 5 hopeless times to do the combo emoticon, little help?
Very clever, I like that book too!
I guess HighFlyer is to do with my personality; I like to succeed and "Fly High". I also like aeroplanes and rollercoasters, which I guess gives my name a little extra support...
Fantastic MOC, brilliant details and a good colour scheme. You need to deeplink the pictures though, a tutorial to post deeplinked images from Brickshelf can be found here.
