  1. Excellent MOC - it would be nice to see this in real bricks! LOve the colour scheme and intricate details, inside and out, especially the SNOT bank sign. Great work!
  2. Nice detailing, but I'd much rather save up towards a real modular. Let's hope that this set isn't an excuse not to release another Modular Building next year!
  3. Great review of a stunning set, can't wait to get my hands on this one
  4. Fantastic MOC and fantastic guide, really enjoying it!
  5. Brilliant modular, love the colour scheme and bay windows, as well as the well-executed intricate details. I saw many houses like this when I visited Belgium
  6. Nice police MOC!! I love the simple colour scheme and simple style of the truck, and the compact interior is great! Those wing-mirrors are begging to have a blue/white 1x2 tile, and the blue/red lights should be a little further back. Good job overall
  7. I don't think we need a Military theme, although I wouldn't mind one I say this because we can easily MOD action themes such as CITY Police with companies such as BrickArms, which has grown very popular. Back to CITY sets, the obvious suggestion is a new Hospital, which may be coming in the summer wave of 2012 CITY, since there is an ambulance in the first wave. I would love a modular Hospital though... I would like to see a Recycling/Rubbish plant, complete with forklifts, trucks (as well as those from wave 1), and a large-ish warehouse with a furnace, ways to transport, and recycle rubbish. A set like this has the potential for great playability. Another idea - leisure centre. This would be another large set, with a swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets, a gym, sports hall, and snack area. Then of course a small car park and garden area outside.
  8. Wow, very good train station MOC; it looks wonderful with the beautiful countryside in the background (I love the trees)! I like the simple colours, which go together very well I think some black pieces should be incorporated into the platform; there's a bit too much of light grey there. I was also thinking - on the red blocks beside the sloping blue roofs, perhaps you should place a red 1x1 flat, and a red 1x1 cheese slope? Then at the top place the same bricks back to back. Overall great job
  9. Wow, my list gets longer and longer... Grand Emporium, Pet Shop, Maersk Train/Red Cargo Train, Lighthouse, various CITY sets, and now this... All worth it I guess
  10. 3677 City Red Cargo Train or 10219 Maersk Train? I can only afford one of these two, I don't really care that much about motorisation, and I already have plenty of tracks. Both look gorgeous; so which should I get?
  11. Love the very unique and intricate details of these cars! Great work
  12. Awesome creations, really nice colours and details. Looking forward to upcoming pictures!!
  13. I prefer option 1, although Locutis' suggestion is great. Looking forward to images!
  14. Really good building, LEGO should really make a supermarket; the poor minifigures are starving to death, whilst the ambulances are taking time off work, the increasingly large police force are becoming lucklustre, and the firemen are putting out endless fires! Anyway, lovely work
  15. Awesome creations, I would love it if LEGO made sets similar to these, and if CITY cars were 6 wide, and trucks, tractors, caravans etc 8 studs wide. But anyway great work and keep it up!
  16. This is truly amazing - I love how you've still kept hold of the essence and feeling of MMV. The interior details are great too! Brilliant job
  17. Very nice MOD "stefanwest", the details are superb! Have you any pictures of it pulling other cars?
  18. Brilliant design, I really like the combination of lime green and light bley. Great work!
  19. Fantastic work - I can't pick a favourite! Just imagine putting PF inside every engine and have it zooming around a BIG layout
  20. Thanks for sharing this stunning creation with us! The building techniques in this are superb, outstanding job!
  21. Great work, I guess you have to walk sideways through the corridor to access your seat eh? I think the light bley tiles would look better on the roof rather than the 1x2 bley grille tiles, however. I am intrigued into how you modified this, I might try it myself!
  22. Nice, a cute simple design! Perhaps a small bit of shrubbery (e.g. flower stalks without the flowers) would look good? What lighting do you use and do you have flash mode on your camera?
  23. ALWAYS try your best So what's your next MOC?
  24. I firstly like opening the box and tipping all the bags of joy out, as well as opening the bags, sorting them, and smelling them I just find the general build of any LEGO set entertaining, regardless of the difficulty
  25. I get inspiration from: - Real-life objects, and their design - LEGO official sets - MOCs and MODs from other people - Building tips from various sources
