  1. Do you mean an accessory set, like the one we got this year with Thor, Miek, Korg, and Valkyrie? If so, those have different set numbers. It's not a battle pack, just a regular set with a really low piece count.
  2. This is insane, we're getting a five set wave from the original movie. Brachiosaurus is finally happening
  3. Yeah, the website that released a lot of set names today is the one that actually confirmed it. Can't wait for those.
  4. Not to mention that it's just 67 pieces. It's probably based on Guardians' new HQ on Knowhere, but I have no idea what they'll be able to do with those pieces. A weapon rack?
  5. So according to Archambault, Brickmerge, and StoneWars, the Fast & Furious Nissan Skyline actually releases in January instead of March. Great to hear that, can't wait to see it soon.
  6. Exactly, and I like to keep my sets without making any changes, so it's really disappointing.
  7. I'd love to get Dedra as a minifigure, she's easily my favourite character in the series (along with Syril, best Star Wars duo ). I desperately need more Andor sets.
  8. I think they've cheapen out on Core ninja this wave. From what I'm seeing, we're getting no hairpieces, no coloured katanas, and less shoulder pads. The katanas part is especially disappointing (I think they're all using golden ones), because I think they looked amazing, and the 2023 and 2022 will look less seamless while connected.
  9. The website also confirmed that the smallest Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 set is not 4+.
  10. Yeah, I also really hope they're minifigures. I have big nostalgia for Peter Pan, so I would consider getting that set if it looks good. I think the only sets that have a chance at not having minidolls are: Peter Pan and Wendy's Storybook, Birthday Train, Carl's House, and the D2C. There's also obviously the CMF
  11. Yeah, I'm leaning towards that one, but there are so many sets coming next year that I'm trying to cut corners everywhere I can.
  12. Not Black Friday related, but I just bought Kai's Dargon EVO. Really nice set, although the wings are extremely unposable, which is really irritating, as their positioning is strange. Also ordered Jay's Spinner, and planning on ordering either Lloyd's Car or Dragon (haven't decided yet). I'm really into Core, didn't expect to enjoy collecting it this much. The sets aren't fantastic or anything, but it's become my small LEGO corner of joy — it feels like I can just buy any random set, and it will fit well with the rest. Can't wait to expand with 2023 sets.
  13. I hope we get more sets without minidolls next year. Carl's house obviously is one, but I do hope there's more beyond that.
  14. Is the 10€ set 4+ after all? 67 pieces for something called Headquarters is painfully low
  15. James Mangold confirmed we'll get it before December 13th.
  16. OH MY GOD I CAN'T BELIEVE WE'RE ACTUALLY GETTING THE HOUSE FROM UP! Day one must-buy.
  17. Yeah, that's a fantastic 8-pack. I really hope LEGO makes a set for No Way Home next year. Even tho I'm not a big fan of the movie, I would love to get all of those characters in LEGO.
  18. Lizard and Sandman aren't present. Which means that if we'll get a set someday, it might include just three Spider-Men and three villains.
  19. Ninja distribution in all 24 Core sets (2023 gimmicks not included, as we're not sure who they're for): Nya, Jay, and Kai — 8 Lloyd — 7 Zane — 4 Cole — 3 Fun fact: Cole is the only ninja without a 'no shoulder pad' variant, and he's also the only ninja without a hairpiece included in any of the Core sets (even tho he was the first ninja to receive a dedicated bandana hairpiece).
  20. Seeing a review of a set before LEGO officially reveals it is always hilarious, and this time we didn’t even get a proper leaked image before we saw the actual in-hand pictures. The set looks really good.
  21. According to James Mangold himself, we will see the trailer before December 13th — which is really soon.
  22. If I had a nickel for every time Boyd Holbrook played the main villain's henchman in James Mangold's movie about an old, popular character, with it also being their final solo movie, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
  23. I just read one of Empire's articles, and Mangold addressed my main fear, and so my hype went really up. For Mangold, it was all about the challenge of making a final Indiana Jones film. “It became really important to me to figure out how to make this a movie about a hero at sunset,” he says, noting that he steered the film further in that direction. “The issues I brought up about Indy’s age were not things I thought were being addressed in the material being developed at the time. There were ‘old’ jokes, but the material itself wasn’t about it. To me, whatever your greatest liability, you should fly straight towards that. If you try to pretend it’s not there, you end up getting slings and arrows the whole way.” In another one they were talking about an action scene set at the Apollo 11 ticker tape parade, with Boyd Holbrook's Klader (Voller's henchman essentially) on a motorcycle, so I think that might be one of the sets.
  24. The sets will definitely be amazing, but I do hope Mangold delivers and it's not another '70-year-old Ford acting like he's in his twenties' type of Indiana Jones movie. Logan gives me hope, because they really focused on his age, but Indiana Jones is a different type of movie and franchise...
