Exactly. Not to mention that NWH "cameos" weren't actually cameos, but big supporting roles, or main villains in other cases. In Doctor Strange those cameos are exactly what they are called. They have as much screen time as Lizard, who was the least prominent Multiversal character in NWH.

Why would they include the characters that appeared for five seconds? One of them you mentioned was literally a 3-second post-credit scene cameo Those characters haven't been revealed to companies that make merchandise. So no, those aren't placeholders.

Bo-Katan and Boba Fett were great in The Mandalorian. But Ahsoka? It could have been any other character. The whole episode in Season 2 was one big "LOOK! It's Ahsoka, and she's looking for Thrawn! Just what till you see her series!" I also hated how Luke undermined the whole ending of Season 2. He doesn't even act like Luke. The whole original Trilogy was about how Luke's Friend's were his greatest strength, yet this version literally says the opposite (later making Grogu choose between relationships and being a jedi). Worst Star Wars thing ever imo. Don't even get me started on The Book of Boba Fett. A whole episode with The Mandalorian? Didn't like it at all, but if it was just one episode, and then back to Boba, fine. But then they made a whole episode with Luke and Grogu, IN A BOBA FETT SERIES! Ahsoka in this episode was genuinely the most pointless and unnecessary cameo I've ever seen. What was she doing there? What purpose was she there for? It was a certified Filoni moment. I liked Cad Bane, but the fact that they introduced him so late really made it much less interesting than it could have been.

I won't stand another series full of pointless cameos, just so Filoni can shove his characters down our throats. Kenobi needs to focus on Kenobi, his journey, and characters connected to him. We already have Vader, Inquisitors, Jedi etc. No need for other popular characters.

Whatever happened to the Hulkbuster MK2 D2C? We first heard about it half a year ago, and then nothing. It was supposed to come out in 1HY. Could it have been cancelled, or perhaps the rumour was entirely fake? Our first 2022 Marvel D2C is coming in August, and we still have the 500€ one...

As for the sets based on upcoming series, they are the ones I'm most interested in. Kenobi vs. Vader set sounds absolutely incredible. The build sounds ridiculously good, and so do the minifigures. So nice that it also includes an Officer and a droid. Definitely a must-buy. The Scythe also sounds fantastic. Having all three Inquisitors in a single set is awesome, and poncho Kenobi will be great and unique. Also great to hear that Andor is getting a set, although a small spaceship and a speeder bike with three minifigures for 70€ doesn't sound that good...

Oh my oh my, this wave sounds like an absolute dream for Star Wars fans The Justifier has a nice minifigure selection, but in no way does it justify its atrocious price. Nice to hear that the AT-ST has three minifigures and side builds. Obi-Wan's starfighter still sounds amazing. I love that BD-1 has stim canisters. While I personally don't care for the AT-TE, the minifigure selection sounds fantastic. Five Clones and three Droids, Cody included? Happy for all the people that have been waiting for this. And it seems more and more likely that the Razor Crest UCS rumour is true. Interesting.

Rintrah would've been cool. I don't mind Infinity War minifigures, but I do hope they give Iron Spider a substantial update. Blue eyes, longer and sleeker arms, dual-moulded legs. I really disliked the previous one.

That was expected. Iron Man and Spider-Man haven't even been teased for that movie, so even if they were in it, we wouldn't be getting them in this set. No one asked. And no, that's not how it went. I'm pretty sure everyone was expecting it to be a ITMoM / IW (or just elements from previous movies) mix.

No. Promobricks and Stone Wars have both confirmed that it's an Obi-Wan Kenobi set.

Mostly on ITMoM, but it's a mix between other movies. All minifigures are from ITMoM (unless Mordo or Wong are from Doctor Strange, which I doubt), except for Iron Man and Spider-Man, which suggest Infinity War (and possibly NWH). There's also an unknown minifigure. The build will probably take elements from various movies featuring Sanctum.
