Sorry for my impulsive reaction but it came from my heart. I do like the review itself and i am very gratefull for the donation of time in the review. It is well build up and good pictures. I can see that other people like it but for me ... no. Still the set has somepositive points for me: - it has a great swoosh factor. - Great minifig with it. - good moccing possibilities ( fast learner) its even buildeble in ldd

         I nominate this car as the ugly-est car ever produced by lego.         Negatives: - the base is to long comparded to te wheels - the wings ??? why ??? - headlights / bumper dont look right together - no doors - It loos like they had some spare bricks that they HAD to use.

Great review, exactly as i would like it to see (compared to the townplan i meen). Could you also take a picture of everyting but then with the middle floors removed from the cafe corner side of the street. I think that will bring it more in perspective.

Good idea , but i don't have the originals . I will post the ldd-files on brickshelf. Thanks They will follow Thanx Done !!! Instuctions are started and i will look into the 5590. That's my favorit too. Its so cute and playable.

Thanx for all the comment keep them comming. I started instructions for the 5510: Still: Any comment is welcome...

I posted these digital Mocs in anther thread but didn't get any reactions on it. I would still like to know what people think of them and if instructions are wanted. Any comment is welcome...

Nice car, a shame that it is broken. Seriously, it looks very very cool but the fact that the bottom hits the ground makes it ..??..?? aint it possible to lift it a little?.

An another one lol.

I thought it was fun so i also tried the black cat:
-
It took me some time but heres my interpetation based on Riggs exampl.

Great first try. As you say the proportions are a bit .... I'll also give it it a go tonight. One of the things i will change is the length versus height. Here is an example , real deal tonight.

Good work. I'll be waiting for the 4 wide's Heres another builder with the same idea:

I don't think this is wise to do. 9volt is discontinued and if you are now starting with trains its allready impossible to buy straight and lanechangers from SAH. Also the curves, motors and the speed regulators are on sale and will soon be removed from SAH. So take that in consideration. If you start with 9V you'll soon have to buy from ebay/briclink.
-
I never converted them because i dont have RC-trains. But it should not be difficult to convert them. Just switch the baseplates and do some moccing to correct the length: RC-baseplate is bigger then an 9V one. RC-Basplate 6 x 30: 9V-Basplate 6 x 28:

I bought several things through ldd: - a house - a train - some bricks to complete an extra traincar - and some other traincars It all went fine. I got exactly what i ordered within a few days. But if its worth the money ? You can get cheaper bricks but it is all about if you are willing to pay it. Extra: You also get a nice box with it. But u don't get printed instructions

Great idea that bridge , it will add more dimension into your layout. Here are some suggestions to help u even more : - Could u maybe post the tdl file of your lay-out? - Is this the maximum space u have availible for your lay-out? - Do you have more track or is this all?

Seeing the thread of The Cobra inspired me to start LDD-ing (is that a verb?) again. I choose to see what old 4-wide sets i could make with the pallet. All in all i think it went very well. Here are the results (still working on some, so more will follow): Medical: Fire apparatus: Cargo: Other: Bigger pictures are availible in my Brickshelf. I didn't upload them to the ldd-website so if anyone wants the lxf-file for own use just ask.
