  13. i have always looked at the cheaper crap but i dont want to dilute my collection with non legos. so much time and effort has gone into keeping the bins pure. and in the end, it is only money lol
  14. so cool. that takes a lot of time and dedication
  15. thanks. my favorite themes are town/city, creator, and trains. who doesnt love trains though :) i am sad to say that there is no lug in my province or i would be more than happy to. wish we had one but doesnt seem to be enough interested in feeling young lol. i was brought out of the dark ages by ebay to say the truth. i saw so many cool classic sets that i wanted to have and now could actually afford. yes, i have 3 kids. 2 daughters dont play lego much anymore but do help me out when i do displays but i do have a son that loves lego, especially the mindstorm set i just bought him

  19. south west of winnipeg
  20. lol, the white table right? i ran out of time and then in 2010 i decided that i loved the classic planes better and switch over to an old airport that could support planes of regular size. then i got a call about the shuttles losing their home at NASA, so i had to make room. to the people that make large displays, my hats off to you as i never realized how much time it takes to organize a layout
  21. thanks. will have to see if i can find a few extra red tractors.
  22. yes, my wife is just drooling and waiting for them to come. i really like the new port. might need a couple of thoses
  23. this was my first ever display at a toy show. kids and adults loved it so much. i did learn some important things from this as it took a long time to find pieces to sets. i now have sets neatly stored and catalogued for easy future retrieval this was a family effort and i do appreciate that my kids love helping me, even if they complain a little about the clean up mm
  24. i know it is a little small but we just got the train before christmas so didnt have much time to do much. wife loves the winter stuff and can hardly wait for what lego brings out this year to add. the funny thing was i tried to convince her to buy it when it came on sale when i was in minnesota a few year back but she didnt like it. what i could have bought for 30 usd back then cost me almost 300 now. funny how that works MM
