  1. Where i am from, it is commonly known as a amphibex ice breaker. They are getting more common in colder climates that need to break up river/lake ice to allow for better flow in spring. I know they look weird, but they are actually very effective at what they do
  2. Well i started in Ho scale, i went to N scale to try and save space and finally ended up so i could afford lego trains. i still love my N scale it is put away until i have room for a display. lego gets played with and then put away. so much easier to bring in and out. No sin committed. i am sure most of us are fans of trains, lego or not
  3. Since my pirates have been put away for a long time it would be hard to tell. If you count the little row boats, i have a bunch but the big ships i think i only have 3. I know there are some support ships in the bigger sets but they just are not as impressive I have 1 and 3/4 of the black seas barracuda and 1 of the imperials' ships but i cannot remember which one
  4. I would really like to see them release a new train shed and like others would love to see more rolling stock released. kind of expensive to buy a set just to get some more cars. It would also be nice to see them release a service pack with the trucks so that we could build our own cars
  5. yup, and i donate all the mega blocks to a local thrift store. This year i have found 3 green plates and 2 road plate (32x32) plus a couple hundred other pieces, some which are very specialized and would make it impossible to build the set it comes from
  6. I work at a recycling plant and we get good lego coming through every week. I was amazed a how many base plates get tossed.
  7. I bought 10 so maybe I am the reason :)
  8. Funny how it isnt listed as a sale item but if you search for it, it comes up

  23. Last year was the first year i actually did a display at a local toy show and i was limited to a loop outside of my main town. Now with my ebay purchases, i hope to expand it to allow a small train yard but my main focus will still be the town.
