14 pages of a 20 page paper. Yikes.
-
I'm impressed.

Do tell. (I'm being curious, not confrontational. )

Two more questions: 1 - how stable is the entire craft when balanced on the platform? Is there a chance that it will just collapse? 2 - what are the total wingspan, height and depth measurements of the model?
-
That certainly feels like an homage to the Deep Freeze Defender... which itself feels like an homage to the Galaxy Commander. Is there some way to centre one of the cockpit units without massive de- and re- construction?

Colouring mistake? Do tell.

So, is there some way to get all those motor bits at once, or do you have to buy them on their own? I don't think I've ever seen them in a store here...

7646 - Alien Infiltrator. I was actually looking for a GI Joe.

I love it. Here are some of mine - my apologies for being unable to resize the image at this time.

I've never heard that song. But Another Irish Drinking Song, by Da Vinci's Notebook, is better.

Animated toys have been in Canada for about a month now. I'm in Ottawa and I've bought Lockdown, Prowl, Starscream, Ratchet and Blackarachnia locally, and passed on Cybertronian Megatron, Voyager Bulkhead, Cybertronian Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. Zellers, Toys R Us and Wal-Mart all have them, in addition to the local comic book shops. (A comic store in Quebec apparently has the Leader Megatron and Bulkhead figures as well. )

How many former, current and future university students are here?

I have a Diploma of Collegiate Studies in Creative Arts (Performance) from Marianopolis College, and am currently in the process of obtaining an Honours Specialization in Communications (maybe with a minor in Sociology) from the University of Ottawa. -
I've heard that the Alien Moon Stalker was called the Thunderfoot Launcher somewhere. Ah, yes. Here. http://news.lugnet.com/general/?n=51449&t=i&v=a

I wasn't thrilled with Mars Mission, but I eventually warmed up to it. That being said, I wouldn't mind something new after that drill-walker-tank thing hits... it's gorgeous. A perfect high note for the theme to end on. Bring on whatever's next! (I'm hoping it's got at least ... oh, let's say two Gerry Anderson homages. Much love to the Eagle. )

Growing up, the only sets I'd have multiples of were the minifig packs (usually the M-Tron era one and the Ice Planet/Spyrius/Unitron one) and discounted multi-packs - the 'one tiny Castle/Town/Space/Pirate' type. Now, I only buy multiple sets when I have an (a?) MOC already in mind... so it's been Exo-Force stuff, with the occasional Creator or Mars Mission - and I've tended not to get doubles of any of the over-$20 sets. Except for the Striking Venom, for the Frontline Barricade, and maybe - maybe a Sentai Fortress sometime soon.

What he said - triple!

If you post bigger, more instructive pictures, I will buy another 7697 to build it.

That's the sticker sheet. They're fixing it.

Are the big guy's arms new pieces? Also, where does the third astronaut go?

Aren't Space Skulls and Star Justice supposed to be out today?
Iron Moose replied to KDog's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
$149.99 Canadian each, available now, it says. Too rich for my blood, going to grab 'em from someone south of the border. -
How can I persuade you to include my sigfig? *tongue*

Allow me a moment to explain the subtitle of the thread. There is a message board that some folks consider to be a terrible, no-good, very bad place. However, some interesting MOCs (posted by Anonymous Users) pop up. And I save them, and make them myself. So they're not truly *My* Own Creations, but I've studied photos of other people's MOCs to preserve and share them. Here's one: it's an armoured vehicle made from *only* a 4915. Enjoy! More pics are available.

Whoa. I bought two sets from him ... they never arrived, but he refunded me fully. He was really nice to deal with. This was last summer. They were KK2 sets.
