I have a large interest in Dark-age Scandinavian history and mythology, plus playing Skyrim (The obligitory Fus Ro Dah! made me want to channel my history nerd energy into a Norse warrior. I wanted to advoid the clichéd big blond Norseman who hacks people up with large swords but says little. I chose to make a more calm and friendly charactr who never reeally fitted in. The appearance stemmed from the face, which was always one of my favourites and something I will never change on Haldor. The long hair worked really well (Despite my big secret which only K-nut knows) and the torso and legs were simple. The furs I made myself out of garden underlay cloth thing, and originally started out as western ponchos, I use them for quite a lot of my customs now, and I have about four pairs.
Aww yeah! Haldor and Nur and Skrall would beast their way through any opposition...

Flitwick, if going on a quest, you would have to leave Hoptet behind. But how about this: your character becomes both Hoptet and Thothwick. Your stats would be the same in every way, but you could roleplay the stats like this:
IMG
Thothwick and Hoptet, Blah and Blah year old Male Metasimian lovers
Level 141/2 Rogues
Power: Blah, Health: Blah, Gold: Blah, Inventory: Blah
An attack could go like this:
Thothwick coils his whip in preparation and Hoptet runs forward toward their foe. Thothwick jumps up onto Hoptet's shoulders, and is launched forward by his lover's arms. Thothwick flips over behind his target and whips out at Random Rork from the front row.
I don't mean to push you or anything, but I'm just putting the idea out there.
