  1. all right guys, thanks ^^ I think there are a couple of bits missing, but I'm going through Kaliphin's civil war now so I'll confirm later.
  2. awesome - thanks! .. where did you find them, by the way? I can't find them in any way in the whole Forums section.. finally, have you also got a link to the ending part of the Battle for Nocturnus? [yes, I need 10 posts to get a decent profile.. ]
  3. hey guys, thanks for the quick reply, you both. and well, yes, that's the thread I meant - it stops at the first challenge of Book II (battle for Nocturnus), but I read somewhere that there has been a civil war in Kaliphin afterwards, so I assume that thread doesn't cover the whole story (yet)?
  4. Hello everyone! Needless to say, I'm new here ^^ but hey, nice to see some known faces - even nicer to see many new ones! So, for a little intro.. well I'm being lazy so you can find it here: :p http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=137673 Let me get to the point: I'm interested in joining you guys, in particular through the University of Petraea's project. I'm working on my character, thinking about the guild choice and already have many questions [hope you guys don't mind], but first things first: 1 - where do I ask questions? [they'll be many, I promise] Is this thread fine or? 2 - after reading this WHOLE thread, I'm now going through the history and challenges, but it seems to stop at Book II, challenge 1 (Battle for Nocturnus) - where can I find the rest? Oh and if anyone has got an idea of some specific thread I should read, feel free to suggest (haven't touched the 4 Guilds' threads, nor the Tavern yet as would like to grasp the big picture first). Again, nice to meet u all (/see you here as well) :) P.S. I had the same problem but can't remember how I solved it :p maybe just change .com to something European? [you're from Belgium, right?]
  5. thanks man, I'm going through few (very long) threads to see what I can come up with by myself, then will start shooting questions! :p thank you! love your troll too ^^ er.. hi there! then that makes two newbies here :p go on and show us!
  6. Thanks Faladrin! Can't wait to start, but life is a bit hectic and.. well I'm still trying to understand what exactly is going on in GoH xD P.S. Nice fig you have there!
  7. Thanks Robert! and yes, will do soon ^^
  8. Hey guys, a newbie here! So just to complete the sentence in the title, my name is Lorenzo - I'm Italian but a bit of an EU-traveller, currently in Berlin. My story as follows: around October last year, I was back at my parents' house. I wanted to fit in the shelf the books I had accumulated (I'm a teacher) but there was no room left, so I decided to reorganise the whole thing. By doing so I found [unfortunately only a very small part of] the Lego I used to play with as a kid --> went totally crazy, put my hands on a couple of old sets I'd always wanted and.. well I wanted to put them together with a bridge but didn't know how to do it, so I googled and found out about the community here ^^ I'm a castle builder, so I firstly joined ClassicCastle last January while building my very first Moc. The guys on CC are very nice, got me onto Flickr and gave me some suggestions to improve my builds so that I built my 2nd and 3rd Mocs. Last March I moved to Berlin, leaving my collection at my parents Though, thanks to BL, the PaB wall in the local store and especially my Flickr feed, I was pushed to keep collecting and ended up putting together a landscape Moc for the recent Summer Joust. One of the guys there suggested to join here (thanks again!) and as soon as I saw that Petraea Univesity project, I joined immediately Conclusion --> I haven't got all of my bricks with me but hey, just need to try out that Petraea Uni! Nice to see so much going on here and so many active members with buildings of all kind! I hope I'll be able to give some contributions soon enough [after 'borrowing' some techniques from you guys.. ] I'll link my Flickr as soon as I can set my signature.
