I was just watching the news headlines and they were saying for us to stock up on food incase it hits Queensland! What good will stocking up on food do? It's not like there is a rabid pig standing in front of every house not allowing us out to go get groceries.

I'd like to share this with everyone as I'm sure you all have had similar experiences during your long and fruitful Lego lives. When I recently borrowed some of the old Lego (my brother's and sisters owned) from my Mother, I came across a horror like nothing I had ever seen! Here it is, Now brace yourselves... WARNING! If you LOVE Fabuland, please sit down before viewing. Well, okay, I was exaggerating! I thought it was pretty funny actually and was wondering if any of you guys out there have similar things to share. Some really bad custom jobs that are irreversible? There was a minifig all covered in white-out to look like a ghost also but I didn't take a picture! Cheers,

6257-1: Castaway's Raft, I think I must have been about 6 or 7 ??? I remember building it myself. My brother and sisters and I were allowed to chose one set each (don't remember the occasions) and I always got the Pirates. I also had something similar to Eldorado Fortress... it might have actually been that set but I REALLY don't remember that base plate. But we still have some of the yellow / brick printed corner walls and the Iron lock up door... etc. Come to think of it... it was probably Lagoon Lock-Up... but then where did the corner walls come from? .... um... ergh! I don't know! Maybe we had both? or all of them? or none of them? Damn my infernal heedless brain.

I went to my local K-Mart yesterday (to take advantage of the last day of 15% off) to buy one of three Troll Warships sets I saw there the other day. and they were all gone! ALLLLLL of them! I couldn't believe it! I had three people that worked there looking all over for me but nothing was to be found. Now I am very sad and angry! So I'm going to buy some Harry potter sets instead!

A Zoo theme (The old kind of zoo with tiny concrete cages RSPCA anyone? none of this open plains modern contemporary stuff) is never going to happen but I would like all the animals to be able make one myself! Also an Ark and a Circus! So yeah.... seals, Loins, tigers, hippos, giraffes, zebras and some kind of deer! and I want a FLAMINGO! (and a Dachshund )

I just did a quick mock up in a babies size... when i can afford some bigger tshirt i'll give a more complicated design a go. i the meanwhile I've got a few orders for the skeleton tshirt.

Hehe! Nice one! That is still the obvious though.... i.e. with the 1x2 printed tile it is being used as different things altogether. But you are still using grenades as grenades.

We've had a Mac for a few years now and it is beautiful... I would cry for weeks if I had to go back to windows. I recommend Photoshop! It is what came with our Mac and it is really easy to learn to use and has many great features.

This is an extremely random and non specific post ! I can't find any info on it in a Google search. What exactly is a Traveling Legoland? I'm in QLD and would love to go see what its about.
