Izzy replied to Captain Zuloo's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Thanks Ratshot, It's nice to know my effort is appreciated. Haha, there is like a billion words isn't there, but that's what I do for you guys. The fact that Jamie had so much interesting information made it easier though. -
Hey thanks Milan, that is a pretty prominent one too. A massive blue 2x4, kind of hard to miss. Haha!

Happy Birthday Hinkley! Hope you get a nice tall glass of something cold filled with nasty little ice bricks. Have a wonderful day!!! Many Happy Returns of the day to Mr Mandalorian and Mr Speilbrick! -
Most of the ones? If there are any more just write them in this thread and I will add them to the list. Link and pictures would be helpful too.

'Behind The Helm' Episode #12 - Jamie Berard (Part 1)
Izzy replied to Captain Zuloo's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Well I actually typed it out, but thanks to Captain Zuloo for posting it, and for actually doing the interview. I really enjoyed listening to it (about 15 times ) -
I am going to inject this , " ....... " at this point in the conversation, and don't think that you can accept me as a female because you've heard 'my' voice on Behind the Helm...it's really just Captain Zuloo putting on a girly voice. Hahahaha! Oh Welcome to EB Angel, and thanks for bringing all this distrust among the crew.

I thought it looks interesting, the clip had a good soundtrack, that is almost enough to get me to watch a movie. I am still planning on seeing it as soon as I can manage. Speaking of Lego popping up in movies, my bubba girl was watching Flushed Away, and I noticed there is a scene in the film where two rats are interrupted whilst they are getting married and the Bride's bouquet is some yellow Lego flowers. (You can see it about 40 seconds into this trailer) I wonder how many movies we can think of with Lego randomly appearing in them. Maybe we should make a list or and index or something.

Oh my GOODNESS!!! That is the most incredible feat of Lego engineering I have ever been so lucky to set my eyes upon. That completely astounded me. How??? How did he do it? We need a new emoticon of a head exploding with wonder. He is my new hero! -
*tries to pick jaw up off the floor* That is absolutely amazing!!! I absolutely love the scenery around the graveyard and those stained glass windows are inspired. I must remember to pick up a cup of 1x1 studs next time I'm at a PAB wall.

Awww, that is adorable . Just as I was clicking on this thread some Christmas Carols started on my iTunes. It has such a warm cosy, Christmas feel and suits perfectly between the other Modular buildings. I want to go there to buy my presents this year. It's nice to see that Fabuland arch that I love used again.

All those dates are fine with me, the earlier ones would be more convenient, but leave me less time to save.

Last time I checked at my local Kmart there was still one. PS: Someone needs to update the first post! -
Hmmm Reeces Bricks! I think you have thought of their next ingenious and delicious idea to get the general public hooked!!! I love seeing Lego and Baking together. We need to start an index I think! Nice work Mariann.

I love this MOC! What a really good and funny idea. Do you think there would be a secret entrance for the more manly pirates who would be embarrassed being seen going in to a Day Spa? The fact that all your LEGO pieces are SO shiny and new looking just adds to the clean Spa effect. Well Done! So many awesome details. (I the little fruit table made with arms)

Congratulations to both of you on the new arrival! I feel for Mrs Athos... 18 hours ugh! It might make her feel better to know that you do forget about all the pain fairly quickly. (Mine was 26 hours ) A future AFOL could also be called a BFOL (like my baby girl)

I think they made it a little too much like the movie (unrealistic) I had done a mod of it in the past to remove some of the silly colours ... But I think if TLG came up with a slightly MODded Piratical version of it using the hull, that would definitely appeal to me.

I made a thread about THIS back in May. (well not just ETSY) but all LEGO jewelery in general.

I'm pretty sure that is a mast from the Megablocks Pyrates ship.

I have updated the first post with fresh pictures. I hope some of the changes made are for the better! Please feel free to comment!

What's your favorite LEGO license theme so far?
Izzy replied to BrickMonster MonsterBrick's topic in LEGO Licensed
I voted Harry Potter! It'd like to say Indy because the new sets are amazing and massive but Harry has a special place in my heart and i can't betray that. -
I'm close to Brisbane too, a bit west. Hope you are having a good time on the forum so far. I hope you enter the Pillage the Village II Contest. It is heaps of fun.
