To Isaac Montoya, RSNP, Corrington I, Doctor Oliver Thaum, hereby apologize for the loss of the Tartan Hydra, probably due to a collision with my training ship the Jolly Rogers in rough seas. The Cutter HMS Otter damaged for the same reason too, was towed to a safe place.
