Well, they've seen some use in Quest#18 when we've been up against enemies where it was worth the effort, such as the level 20 Phoenix, but for most lower level enemies it's usually better to just spend that turn on dealing damage instead.

Oh damn. Already knew you're crazy, but this is just insane. Great job! And like CopMike I do hope we'll get to see it in Chicago in June, that is, if the ballroom at the Westin is big enough for it.

OoC: seems I had forgotten to add the Holy Bomb I got at the end of Quest#9 to my inventory, so I've taken the liberty of adding that now, hope no one disagrees. And for future reference JimButcher, when doing automated battles please assume Namyrra will be using whatever element causes the most damage, in this case that would have been Earth or Lightning.

"Ouch, stupid monkeys! You're ruining my hair!" Seriously pissed off Namyrra prepares to once again attempt an Ice spell at Monkey Trooper D from the back row.

"Right, I'll cast another Ice spell from the back row, but at Monkey Trooper D this time, that leaves troopers A and E in need of targeting!"

Wow, I'm flattered. I had a blast during that too though, mainly from watching Draggy dupe Shadows completely.

"Ouch! Another Ice spell at Monkey Trooper B from the back row then!" OoC: I should only take half damage in the back row (don't see anything about these monkeys doing full damage to back row), so I should be at 13/16, not 10/16.

"We definitely can take a couple of free hits from that worm and the golden scorpion, but I also think it's important to take out the remaining scorpion mother before she lays more eggs. So again I shall cast an Ice spell at Scorpion Mother B from the back row."

"Yes Ellaria, those scorpion mothers look like they could be trouble, we need to take them out quickly." Ice spell at Mother Scorpion B from the back row.

"I think it would be a bit too much of a coincidence if we found the Finegold brothers on this island, but sitting around here on the beach won't do us any good, so yes, let's go exploring."

Namyrra woke up feeling like shit. Her last memories were of the boarding party being repelled, after that it was all black. And based on the amount of sand in her clothes and hair, not to mention the fact that she was lying on a vast expanse of the damned thing she was convinced that she wasn't aboard the ship anymore. Sitting up she felt more than a little dizzy, but after a few minutes her head suddeny cleared and she felt remarkably well. Turning around she noticed that this was thanks to Ellaria who'd been kind and healed her wounds, and she was now able to stand up, so she did. "Thank you so much Ellaria, I really needed that, I am most gracious. "

Feeling more and more frustrated with how her spells flat out refused to form properly Namyrra pondered if just jumping overboard might be a good way to clear her head, but a quick look at the rough seas and dark skies convinced her otherwise, so instead she for the hopefully last time went to the back row to cast a Darkness spell at the Boatswain.

Oh well, can't win every time, congratulations to those who did, and huge thanks to CopMike and Siegfried for doing this, awesome job guys!
