  1. It was my pleasure, gaufrier! All the best collecting the parts to build this amazing model :)
  2. Fantastic stuff! I love how seamless the balustrades integrate into the staircase, and the collection of living portraits really finish the whole thing.
  3. I got them in dark gray as well, but there's really no need to paint them in my opinion. The parts are inside the engines, and although they can be seen from the front, dark gray doesn't look off at all in that place (and it's dark in there anyway).
  4. Such a shame that this is actually an issue... Don't get me wrong, I completely get the situation from your side Mirko, but it's a real pitty that clone brands have such an impact on a wonderful fan community. Nevertheless, I look forward to any news from you on the status of this project.
  5. Gorgeous! That looks like a very professionally done manual! It reminds me of the UCS Slave I manual, with all the additional info and images. It might actually be better, judging from your photos.
  6. Very impressive! I especially like the look of you Heavy Pikemen. I wouldn't like to run into those guys...
  7. Yeah, great sets indeed! I got them from a Dutch/Belgian Facebook lego trade group, it's quite an active community and it's been a great experience so far.
  8. Tricky question, as minifigs are a bit too wide relative to their height. From the UCS line, I guess the 10212 Shuttle and the 75060 Slave I are minifig-scale. The 10179 Falcon is a bit off, as far as I know. No idea about other sets, but I'm quite interested in the answer to that as well
  9. Nice to see some love for Western The trains indeed look great! Looking forward to grabbing those LDDs when/if mocpages is ever going back up.
  10. Long time lurker here. My pirate loot of the past month made make my first post I just got a 6257 Castaways raft, 6270 Forbidden Island and 6276 Eldorado Fortress all in good condition for €110 in total. Last month, I got a 6277 Imperial trading post in good condition for €95 and a like new 6274 Caribbean Clipper for only €45! Seriously, that Clipper had only been assembled once and was kept dust-free ever since. I got really lucky on that deal. Couldn't be happier to finally own all these childhood dreams.
