thanks Edwin that is good of you I may be in touch for your help and advice, studying your building makes this possible but not wanting to just copy what you do that would not be right, this is the second build (first being the Magne Viking) so its slightly easier to tweak it here and there changing parts that was too late to do in the first build plus motorizing everything, some more done as pieces arrive but it just eats them up esp with the interior so there is no void spaces when you look through a doorway or window hull looks nice now and still to put tiles/slopes for that smooth look fo/castle will be covered and only visible through the mooring slots and doorway, winch is not motorized as yet (not sure if it should be) opinions ?? view from the gangway cutout looking in to where the waterfall winches will be -

ROV still needs work but overall the shape is kinda there ROV door can turn 180 degrees atlast the axle goes beneath the main deck where the motor/reduction can fit waiting on Bricklink orders to get more done now to change the A-frame to blue as it is on the ship so I found out today when it came in to the harbour -

ROV A-frame this wil be motorized with a door also motorized once the hangar is built around it ROV hangar is 3 decks high which should give enough clearance for the frame to fit inside -

FRC in minifig scale, Davit sitting inside the enclosure,a pneaumatic ram holds in place but maybe try the linear ram if its possible swung out ready for lowering Thanks to Konajra and Edwin Korsttanje I have studied their amazing builds which are a great help and inspiration

building this in real bricks i think you will find the 2x2 round brick is not wide enough.looks ok in LDD but too small in my opinion after seeing your cannons etc i need to rebuild a lot of mine, yours are so much more realistic HMS Triconmalee minifig scale

great build Edwin have been watching this build from the start, very impressive i have to say, really faultless, attention to detail is outstanding.study the build process and learn a lot from your builds.its a shame kids nowadays are all about mobile phones tablets streaming games etc and not actually physically taking a hands on approach to pretty much anything.one thing She sure looks proud of you looking forward to your next build (only reason i come on here)
