  1. I think we do have a topic for it, but I might be wrong.
  2. Ha, fantastic! Congratulations on your luck, that's awesome. Maybe sometimes it's just better to have somebody else pick the figues instead of spending precious time of your life pondering over which one to take. Hope you'll find the remaining three quickly!
  3. Holy Clown College, awesome idea to use the pierrot as Joker goons! Thanks for the inspiration! I'm glad I got the purple hat, too. It looks just fantastic.
  4. Awesome news! Thanks for checking it out. It's still another month before I go to the UK again, but I'll keep it in mind.
  5. Hey, it's cool to have another lady around here :) Enjoy the board!
  6. Ooooh, the cats!!! Thanks for sharing, this is pretty awesome!
  7. Surely your problem cannot be money :D
  8. Yeah, I cloned it with the PDF instructions, but the sticker sheet and the original instructions are totally overpriced. It's time for a new set!
  9. Awesome investigation, Blondie-Wan, thank you! Let's see how things turn out.
  10. Lego is absolutely a medium of art! I don't want to start a discussion about what is or is not a valuable kind of art, but when it comes to materials, Lego is perfect for the big and the small scale. I think every MOC is a little piece of art, because people turn their ideas into something visible. If you do it with paint, a pencil, wood, stone or Lego doesn't matter. Nuff said
  11. I am reading "Heartless" by Gail Carriger, part 4 of the Parasol Protectorate series. It's as wonderful as the other three and I am really considering some PP MOCs :D
  12. Awesome! Can't wait to look for them over here :)
  13. Oooh, the armchair is just fantastic! Very well built vig, I love it!
  14. Hahaha, awesome! It might need a bigger scale though :D Epic WIN!
  15. My work here is done! :D Glad it made you want to play the game! Thanks for the comment.
  16. Hello there! It's been a while since I posted my first Zelda MOC pics. Since then I had some better pictures taken and built a new MOC of the Ice Cave where Link finds the Ice Rod. Again I have to apologise for poor picture quality - I had to ask my flatmate to take the pics and she's still practising I present the Ice Cave! The bottom part with the actual cave. This is the scene in the game: And this is the top part with some rocks and another cave entrance. Mind the nasty black bird on top. They tend to wait for Link to walk past them and then dive to attack him. As you can see I varied it a bit, but I am quite content. Addendum: New pics of the Castle Wall scene: Thanks for looking at my stuff!
  17. is in Lego geek heaven after hearing about the 2012 superheroes theme.

  18. Definitely the Batman sets - that's why I am so happy about the relaunch!
  19. Well ask the one who went there all the way by bus to buy them... wait. That was you.
  20. I personally love the ogres/trolls from the Castle line. They are pretty useless, but I have grown to like them for what they look like :D I mean really, who can resist these darlings? "I got ya some Oograh!"
  21. Count me in for it, too!!
  22. Yeah, the first thing I did was to laugh at the quadriga :D It's a funny idea though. All in all I like the set.
  23. If the figures come in proper Lego sets, then I'm sure we'll get major non-superhero characters. The old Batcave came with an Alfred and a Bruce Wayne minifig, and Superman and Spiderman need a girl to save, don't they? Not sure about Gordon, but I think he's not difficult to make from existing minifig parts.
  24. Aw badgerboy, the Superman drawing is awesome! I'd have loved to enter myself. Maybe some superhero-themed Eurobricks contest will show up, who knows? Fingers crossed :D
