Aw, you guys are fantastic :) KielDaMan, I am a big fan of Batman in general, so I got "back" to Lego (used to be a Lego Technic addict when I was a little kitten) via Batman. I'm counting the days until The Dark Knight Rises!! I know the sets are ridiculously expensive, that's why I collect single bricks and use the download building instructions from the Lego website. Not the "true" way, but in this way at least I have the set bricks. Maybe I'll get lucky and get my hands on real paper instructions :D SpiderSpaceman, I am studying Art History, and the thesis is for my Master degree (the German "Magister", as it is the pre-BA/MA generation study. But similar to the MA.). Will start on Monday. For sure.

Oh, it's cool that there are some musicians here :) I used to play bass and sing lead vocals in an all-girl band, but we split up one and a half years ago due to exams, thesises and all that jazz. I'd love to have a new band... our former guitarist is about to move into my spare room in spring, so there's hope :)

But since I'm about to start writing my thesis I think I'll need lots of distraction :D I'm afraid there aren't any MOCs yet, Mr. Penguin, Sir, but as soon as I feel confident enough I'll give it a go :)

Nice review, thanks so much! I bought it on Tuesday, but I haven't built it yet. I'll spend five weeks studying in the UK from tomorrow on and will save the set for when I come back. Can't wait!!!

Hello everybody, my name is Selina (not Kyle in real life though :( ), and I just signed up to this nice community. I am nearly 30 and live in Northern Germany, and currently I am a mere collector of Lego sets. As you might guess from all the tacky Batman references I am focussing on the Batman sets, but I also love the Harry Potter theme and just indulged myself with two of the lovely new sets.
