Sorry, when you said widows peak I thought that's what you were referring to since that's also a widows peak.. Even so, this one can be accurate on some licensed characters, but not many. It's pretty decent on Ernie Prang (Harry Potter is always on the mind apparently) But yeah I was thinking the draco malfoy hair in black might be better on this Sinestro.
-
It looks perfect on the licensed character it originated from, Draco Malfoy.

Wow, Not a bad little set. Although the jet looks almost exactly like the one from the Hulk Helicarrier breakout. Kinda disappointing there
-
Idk, it's still pretty (completely) bad.

Having "Zur En Arrh Batman" on the front of a lego box would probably have never happened. I doubt kids can even pronounce that. He could've been a S@H exclusive like you said or even the exclusive that came with the game but all well. I'm not sure kids would've wanted a colorful batman anyway, but who knows?

O, gotcha. That makes more sense. Don't we get the lineup at the NYTF?

He just has a regular purple cape...What's up with that?

Why wouldn't we see the minifigs with the set? We did last year.
-
Definitely not the last wave of OT. We know how lego loves to remake them. The exclusive next year will most likely be OT anyway, it always is. They haven't even remade cloud city yet. Anyway, the summer wave will definitely not be Episode 7 sets...Four months before the movie? Yeah right. Abrams loves his secrets, so I'm expecting a late November wave or maybe even winter 2016 but I doubt it.
-
I believe the Star Wars sets get two waves a year, one in January and one in August. So the new sets were just released, and we won't expect the next wave till next year but rumors should start trickling in during the next few months. We will also see some of the next wave of sets at the New York Toy Fair if I'm not mistaken?

Even if he's obscure, villains are hard to come by. In my superhero display, it's like a 5:1 ratio...The collector would've been nice but all well.

Well hopefully this means that exclusive Rocket will be available sometime down the line because the DC favoritism is a little old to say the least! That being said, I'm glad the batman isn't exclusive because I don't know if I could take more angry people on here!

They can't possibly get Black Widow and Hawkeyes hair wrong a second time, can they? I'll be very mad if they remain the same. They just don't look right.

As much as I wish they would reveal a marvel set as SDCC, I'm guessing they can't because the entire next wave must be sets from Age of Ultron. If that's the case, I'm suspecting around 5 sets for the movie, since the first one had four and there was also an xmen set with the wave.

By now, having seen first hand how fairly obscure directors and properties having be churning out great movies, I think we need to give the ant-man director the benefit of the doubt!

I agree they should be printed, but for some reason Lego hates printing pieces nowadays. I'm not sure why the ghostbusters set was printed though and this one isn't.

Woah, how come they keep releasing all of this art and stuff for the DC heroes? It's not video game promotion stuff...is it just for fun? And I love that picture of all the heroes and villains. Red Tornado would be cool. I wish we could get a picture like that for the marvel characters!

To be honest, I've always found Kang kind of lame. I imagine he'd be a very difficult character to get into a movie seeing as how he has history with both the F4 and the Avengers. He first appeared in a F4 issue but didn't technically appear as "Kang" until the Avengers. Maybe they could, but they're probably some sort of dispute. I'd rather see the Skrull, but they're almost definitely owned by Fox

Yeah I'm kind of curious how they're going to handle the infinity gauntlet. It's obviously ultra powerful but I'm kind of nervous the gems won't function like they do in the comics..The time gem seems like it would be tricky to handle. But I'm thinking that may be the gem in GotG. I guess it's inside of the silver orb thing? I hope Thanos somehow gets the gem in the end so they don't have to explain later how he gets it. Maybe we'll see him crack it open and take it out? I'm not too sure. The reality gem seems likely for the Dr. Strange movie since he's deals with alternate dimensions. Or maybe the soul since he always seems to deal with that one. There are a lot of paths they could take.
-
It would make sense and also give a reason for Thanos to come to Earth. The only thing that bugs me about the theory is that the gem is the same color as the Tesseract but I suppose that could easily be changed. Your humans in space theory is pretty interesting although I doubt Marvel would ever go that far as to explain it. As for Stark, I'm not sure about that but it might be true.

No, I completely get you. I never really thought about her like that. But Whedon seems to really like her and Quicksilver so hopefully he does more with their characters.
-
$200? No fig could get me to spend that much money. And the Jokers eyes look too close to the mouth. Maybe it's the eye shadow or something

Okay, I can see where you're coming from now. I don't mind the plot devices so much as long as I can't blatantly tell it's one. It has to actually make sense and not be completely unnecessary. Although it looks like that instead of her "turning insane", her and quicksilver will probably be mentally disturbed from the get-go, since they are lab rats and probably have been tortured. Not sure if that'll change too much or not. Anyway, I've heard (plot spoilers about them)
-
I think her eventual mental insanity or whatever you want to call it is an important part of her character. But I agree, they don't need to take it TOO far. She's kind of a tragic character in a way though when you think about her love with the Vision and how she sort of lost her mind. It'll be interesting to see if they do anything with that. But I'm not sure how her being crazy would be much of a plot device. What are your thoughts?
