Marvel Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion
KingSpoozle replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
I honestly think this is the most logical theory, because Marvel has amalgamized all sorts of characters in the past to fit the story. I do hope, however, that if these characters are meant to be the MCU versions of Sandman and Hydroman, that they stick around and are real, rather than illusions created by Mysterio like the current theory suggests. Iād hate to see Flint Marko be wasted in the MCU. -

What other Endgame figures have leaked? I remember the Thanos figure but who was the other? -
I love Lego community drama, it all seems so silly when you take a step back.

Marvel Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion
KingSpoozle replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
This is not completely related to the Lego sets but I'm just so glad that they gave Miles his own take on the Spidey suit. I know Miles's costume is different, but its basically just a recolored original Spider-Man suit, so the addition of a new type of logo and the red shoulder pads are the perfect amount of slight change to keep making Miles different and standing alone from the rest of the "spider family." -

Is that why there was no shirtless Aquaman picture? I was really hoping for 2 Aquaman sets for both shirtless and classic suit versions, but I didn't know Lego had anything against Tattoos. Is that a similar rule to their 'no guns' rule? I know there's been a CMF with a tattoo arm

I am very glad this little set is coming out, the Nightmare suit is nice and more parademons are always welcome. While I abhor the Justice League film, Parademons might be one of my favorite generic alien army figures that Lego has ever made. I'd love a similar mining pack with a Jared Leto variant of the Joker, given that he probably won't be showing up in any movie any time soon, considering the solo Batfleck movie seems to be in something of development hell.

Does anyone have any good ideas for a custom Wong figure from Doctor Strange? I want to add him to the sanctum sanctorum Infinity War set but I'm not sure what direction to go in. The head is the main thing thats puzzling me. I think the torso or legs from "Clouse" from Ninjago would work well enough but I'd have to try it.

Wait what does it say in the top right corner, something like, āMarvel: The first tenā and then in the image I saw it cuts off. Could it be, āThe first ten yearsā? It is 2018 after all, ten years of the MCU On another note, what do we know about the 7th IW set? Where did these rumors come from? I thought the UCS set was the 7th set.- 3,962 replies

So how about those Iron Man and Proxima Midnight figs? Shame that weāre still getting completely black legs on these figs - outrider I donāt mind as much but I wouldāve liked a bit of printing on Proxima. Iron man looks really good with the silver/gunmetal upper torso, and if that Iron Spider fig is legit then these are looking like some good figs so far. Excited to see more!- 3,962 replies

So I don't post often, but I'm pretty sure I posted something about the Flying Fox being a must-get when the initial leaks came out. Upon further inspection with more detailed pics, I gotta say that it will have to be well-discounted for me to buy it. The only figure I really care about is Cyborg, and even then the version from a few years ago wouldn't look too out of place with the rest of these JL figs. And the flying fox looks more and more dissapointing the more I look at it. Especially the front part having no floor, that is just so lame and weird. Also, it doesn't seem to have a door to let it close, so it'll just hang open the whole time when the Batmobile isn't inside.

I don't know if I'm allowed to link to Flickr and stuff, but I thought Purist Dc Fig's Bane gauntlets could be slightly altered to work pretty well as Shocker gauntlets. Just replace the neck pieces on his arms with dark grey ones, and add some trans-blue studs on either side, and then maybe a slope piece above it (don't really know what that piece is called.)- 5,808 replies

The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
KingSpoozle replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
I think the pervading rumor at this point is that big-fig bane is gonna show up in the summer wave. I don't have any inside sources, but that's what I've read a couple times here. -

Catanas my man thanks for all the info but I will say I thought all the riddles were pretty fun, but I can see why people would get mad about it. I thought it was a fun and cool way of hinting at info. Anyway, though, kinda bummed that there's no Arkham, but I'm loving all these mini figures. This really just sounds like the epitome of a Batman wave. Also, Sir Gareth, loving the Question profile pic, one of my favorite superheroes. -

Oh man, Kite Man!! This is great! Does anybody else watch I Hate Everything? He always makes fun of Aquaman and Kite Man, he'd probably like this -
KINGPIN PENTHOUSE SHOWDOWN: Within the luxurious penthouse of the notorious Wilson Fisk, AKA the Kingpin, superheroes Spider-man and Daredevil have come to rescue their friend Elektra! But, upon their arrival, they find that the Kingpin is not alone! He is accompanied by master assassing and arch-enemy of Daredevil, Bullseye! Between Bullseye's ability to turn any object into a throwing weapon, and Kingpin's massive size and strength, will the two villains be too much for our heroes? Includes crumbling pillar, breaking table, flinging walkway, and five minifigures. BUILD This set would be a playset, similar to 76018 Hulk Lab Smash. It would be a tan colored structure, with a curving staircase on one side and a crane holding a dangling prison cell on the other, which could be lowered with a simple gear function. Inside the cage would be Elektra, in her classic red outfit. There would be a long walkway between the stairs and the prison cell, and, if you push down on the middle section of the railing, you could launch a minifig off of the walkway, like a catapult. Beneath the walkway would be a panel that could slide away revealing an armory for Bullseye, including three playing card pieces, two stud shooters, and two sai. Along the walkway, there would be an outcropping balcony held up by a tall pillar. There would be nothing connecting the pillar to the top of the balcony, the balcony would just rest there loosely. On top of the balcony could be a couple barrels of toxic waste or something LEGO-y. The pillar consists of 2x2 cylinder pieces as well as a 1x1 piece on the bottom with a hole in it. When a pin is removed, the pillar would fall over, causing the balcony, which is attached to the walkway by two 2x2 pieces with holes in the bottom, to fall over, dropping the toxic waste barrels. Beneath it is also a fancy table that has an axle running along the bottom of the actual table part, and all four legs are attached to 1x1 pieces with holes in the bottom. When a grey axle is pulled out of the middle of the table part, the table falls in on itself, simulating a cracking feature. The final part of the build would be a massive minigun like build, fitting in the hands of bigfig kingpin. It has four or six flick fire missiles on it, and the barrel could rotate so that they could each be fired individually. If this is going to be realistic, it would also have a dumb Spider-vehicle, so just for fun lets say it has a Spider-hang-glider with a flick missile attachment. MINIFIGS 1. Spiderman in the same outfit as all the other sets. He'll get one of the new web-shooting pieces 2. Daredevil in the classic bright red outfit like in Lego Marvel Superheroes. He holds two red lightsaber blades, simulating his billy clubs 3. Elektra in her red outfit with the red bandana like thing. In the minifig roster at the bottom, she has her two sai, but in the box art she doesn't (Because prisoners don't get to keep their weapons!) 4. Bullseye in his classic black and white outfit, preferably with overmolded white boots on his black legs. He'd have a sneering face and holds two playing cards in the box art. 5. Kingpin is a big fig and has his well-known white suit with ascot, a large, round, bald head, and a frowning/neutral face. Besides his large minigun, he'd have a cane with a diamond attached to a lightsaber hilt. COST $59.99

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
KingSpoozle replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
I don't post much but can I just say that this set (and the fact that the set is finally unveiled) makes me unbelievably happy. I'm glad the set has finally been revealed because I really couldn't have waited much longer. I'm very happy. I watched the brickshow's video and ran as fast as I could to the computer to see what people were saying here. Thank you guys for riding the hype train with me, I personally am not dissapointed in this set. -
DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Oh boy I hope you aren't correct. The Question is one of my favorite lower-tier DC characters, if he's the exclusive, I'll be so disappointed. I want an easily obtainable Question figure so badly. I'll be just as disappointed if it's Ted Kord BB.- 8,446 replies

My set idea: Spider-Buggy Street Chase The Spider-Buggy was always this kind of cheesy vehicle from the comics that people love to make fun of. I think its about time it gets the respect it deserves, in LEGO form!! Build: Large four wheeler vehicle with a big hood and a big trunk, with a windshield similar to the piece used in 76015 Doc Ock's truck heist. The buggy uses mainly red and blue, with some white stickers on the hood and sides (I hate stickers like most people but I want to make this as realistic as possible) It can fit two minifgures, with one in the regular chair and one in the ejector seat, which is the main feature of this set. When you push down on a panel in the middle-back area, it launches the seat upwards. Since there are no studs, the minifig that would be sitting there would be flung out. There are also some stud shooters on the hood. The second build is a small device for the villain of this set, Mysterio. You place Mysterio on a 2x4 gray plate, and then, twisting the knob on the side, Mysterio falls backwards. Attached to the other side is a black 1x4x6 black wall element with a white smoke sticker on it, and a bunch of white elements to imitate a smoky effect. With this simple contraption, you can make Mysterio disappear! Minifigures: Spider-Man (normal) Mysterio (Standard green scale-like torso, gold hands, green legs, and a purple cape, along with the helmet piece that was used on the old Mr. Freeze figure and a blank white head) The Punisher (Black arms, face similar to the Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne head, but in a perfect world at least a little different, and black Mutt Williams hair. Also has classic skull printing on torso and then black legs with overmolded white boots. Includes rocket launcher similar to the one used by Deadshot in 76053)
