I really loved the variety of enemies in the snake wave. They all looked great, same reason I think Clancy is the best pirate minifig in skybound

Ooh well I've been away for a while, and took ages catching up with all the pages in the thread. Just saw the nexo box arts and eagerly awaiting the upcoming ninjago ones.

So I've been hunting around for the x cave, and TrU is the only place that is selling it. I went in yesterday and it has a 20% discount off. If it wasn't rent paying month I would have purchased the hell out of it. Feel like crying

I think day if the departed is an answer to skybound. Skybound was very heavy on enemy vehicles. Honestly though I have no idea. I just want more stuff haha

Haha no need for that language. I also have the rock roader? Is that the name? And you're right, its such a great vehicle. A nice combination of all of Cole's past vehicles brought into one. Great play features and I always love pushing it up and down on my coffee table. As for the ultra stealth raider. It is fantastic. I loooooove it

A ninjago CMF is the only series I would attempt to get all of. Though I imagine it would be movie based I would love to get all the elemental masters. Ooooh

The worst thing about being in China is that it is so hard to get your hands on the promotional packs and minifig packs. Taobao is the best place to get them but that marketplace is littered with crappy fakes and jacked up prices half the time. It makes completing collections tough.

Hey have you seen on Lego.wikia there is an exclusive 2016 kai. Wearing what looks like orange zukin robes with a face mask, hair a chain catapult gun, pirate sword and katana. Where on earth is this coming from?

Does anyone think that Zane's titanium hair piece is a little too loose? Unlike the rebooted hairpiece variant which fixes to the minifig well, this silver one comes up very easily. Specifically I am talking about the hair piece from Zane's tumbler, I haven't got the prison escape yet

I am a huge ninjago fan though I get why a lot of people don't rate it. I think many older afols (no age offence intended) prefer the classic ninja/samurai days, same with how many would prefer a classic castle series over nexoknights. Anyway, as I was saying since leaving my dark age ninjago has really taken over my home but the tournament of elements was the one wave that I just haven't really collected. I only got round to buying the titanium dragon and was given Coles plane as a gift. I have almost everything of every other set post 2011 but yeah I just can't seem to enjoy this particular wave... Still though, great review and I love your narration while showing the build.

On a side note from where to buy the sets from, I was looking at the series 16 photos and noticed the rogue minifig. It would be a great addition to the ninjas, I can already think of how to implement it to my temple of airjitsu diorama :)

Seriously! So where in the world then are these sets being sold because I know that June 1st some members here were reporting seeing them on shelves and they came out in China where I live on July 1st. I am on holiday back in my home country of the UK this week and none of the new sets are on shelves yet. So where else can they be found?

Today I bought the four ninja airjitsu flyers, I saw them discounted for 3 pounds each, there were no morros or wrayths but still I am happy I managed to get the ninjas in their airjitsu forms plus I like the additional weapons that come with. E.g. Zane's flyer also comes with ice skates for Zane. I didn't even know that lego ice skates were a thing so I was really pleasantly surprised. I doubt I'll be making airjitsu flyer videos like the ones I've seen on YouTube but building the handles were fun and they look cool, by the time I built Coles and Zane's I wasn't even looking at the instructions. I would definitely recommend for those who are completionist, now that the battlegrounds us out and the Lloyd/Nya forms are available. I never managed to get the NRGs so today I am a happy camper

Hey guys, I've been trying to check online and can't find a list. I remember it being talked about in this thread but I can't recall which page. In certain recent ninjago sets there have been mini in universe trading cards. ToA had sensei wu andthe rock roader has Cole card that nelson holds. Where can the others be found?

Yesterday I got Zane's tumbler. I absolutely love it. And the uniform Zane wears is now my favourite. It is a great looking set

The skybound elemental blade for Cole is based on the translucent green blades from possession. Same colour core, but his final battle blade had a darker brown core inside. As he is still a ghost in skybound I gave him the translucent blade in my diorama, nadakahn got the dark brown core and on my temple of airjitsu battle scene against the ghosts I also gave morro a translucent green blade, I figured he would be able to use elemental blades. In my head, ghost is an element to itself (even though I know it is) so that way morro and Cole can share the same blade colour

They seem like a mix of the airjitsu robes and deepstone armour. I like

I would be happy to take a photo of my Lloyd from the sky shark set somewhere in shanghai for you. Probably at the bund area so you can see the pudong buildings :) its a wonderful idea
