I'm impressed. *wub* This is way more detailed than your last one! The set pieces are pretty good too. But it leaves me wanting more and I am confused as to what Hinckley's angle is in all of this!?!? *wacko* How long to I have to wait? 8-|

I haven't looked at this before and I have to say so far it's pretty stunning. *wub* The capstan looks great and that mast height is impressive. Are you planning on making it in sections? It's going to be big! 8-

Nah, they are old. The hinge piece I have in my Slave 1, the radiator is a racer/turbos part, and the pinned plate is old. Ahh well. Thanks for the extra photos. *sweet*

:-D I get kick-backs from Lego. Please tell me if you end up buying it. ;-) Yeah, I felt the same way. Prior to doing the scan I thought it was just a big wheel with bits added. Looking closer at it made me change my mind too. :-$

That set is beautiful! *wub* The trucks look so great and that tarp piece would be very useful. I didn't realise that it had a golden chest either. What is the piece that the wheels attach to; is it new? I really love the suspension effect. Unfortuntaly I was/am planning on missing this set as I want the others for the mini-figs and I'm not sure if I want 4 Indys! Ahh well, they don't turn up until March in Australia so I have a while to decide. :-/ Thanks so much for doing this great review. It's pretty darn good for a first too. *sweet* Nice plug! :-P

That's a great story, thanks for sharing it. To my embarassment I have to admit that Pirates was one of the things that made me lose interest in Lego; I saw the varied printed faces as wrong for some reason.... :-$ I think I'm over it now. :-D

Well to be honest, I'm disapointed. I was hoping for an interior and expecting that it would hold all three mini-figs. :'-( I'm not even sure if you could give it an interior without a complete redesign. Even so, I think the ship looks pretty cool, and I love the figs... especially Juno! *wub* (I get excited by boobies on mini-figs; am I sick? :-D ) Since this set will probably cost $120 AUD I can't see myself buying it. Thanks very much for an excellent review Vader. I was stunned how many photos you took! 8-

I got my S@H order a few days ago... and I at last have a real X-Wing! *wub* I wanted this set so much that last year I made one with what I had! :-D (Largely an ARC-170.) I'll probably break the old one now... but I think I will replace the guns with my design as the official design seems too short to me. I also got my 10183 Hobby Train. I'm not sure if people are aware what a great set this is. (Especially at half price!) Even after making the main model... ...you still have all these parts! *sweet* It's one of those sets you could buy 10 of and still find use for everything. *wub*

I've heard the same myself. But IMHO there are too many for it to be just that; besides they appeared just recently.

Yes, this is probably the most believeable answer; it would explain why no one has clamed credit. :-P

:-D Yes I have seen that before... and it is one of the big reasons why I think they were put into limited production.

They are real. I believe that they were done for a LUG as there are too many around for pre-production. But I could be wrong... 8-|

Thanks for inviting me to your house! *sweet* This is very similar to what I was considering making for my Sigfig house, but I have decided to go for my second idea now... The verandah is one of my favouite features, and I love how you included a toilet. The TV antenna is a nice touch; they are becoming quite rare now. :'-( This looks like such a believable house. *wub* I do wonder though how did I and the other big headed Fabuland people actually go thought the front door. :-P (Coll's becoming quite famous now.... and no one even knows what she looks like! X-D )

This could be my favourite Batcave ever. *wub* You have done a great job in working around piece limitations (such as only one black ladder at the front) and you have produced something great. Personallly I think it is better to focus on the insides rather than the cave itself as unless you have a lot of bricks the cave will end up looking small. I love how the whole MOC is elevated. The crane is a nice touch, although I am unsure of it's purpose.... (Yes it lifts the sub, but why? It can't be worked on like that, no can it be entered...) The prison and display case is really cool too, and I love the control room. This is a much better cave than what Lego produced, but they prioritised silly function over detail. (I did like the turntable of the official set though.) Overall I think this is a great MOC. The question is; is it finished? As for constructive criticism.... err.... where's the car? ;-)

I voted for "A new very accurate/detailed pirate ship (mini-fig scale)". I would love another chance to have a real ship. :'-) As for PotC... M&g$Bl@ks can keep it. I think they are a match made in heaven. :-X

It's a subscription thing. You should see forms at the back of instructions, catalogs, as well as stores. But no, there was no mention of Batman at all. New Mars Mission and Bionicles was all it had. In fact it was pretty lame... :-/ I'd S@H it before it's too late. I have Bane and he's pretty cool! *wub*
