    That's probably because the set images for Marvel were blacked/whited out and then you can only see the figs they intend to put into the set (kinda like prelim images, but then even less details).

    Tbh I think the Thanoscopter isn't that strange considering all the hints. Although I doubt many people would recognize it so that wouldn't make sense. Funny to see nobody has mentioned the Blackbird yet.. That would be awesome. I just hope that the set includes detailed and unique minifigures, but if the set does includes figures they're probably missing leg printing or whatever haha.

    Would be a cool idea, but I rather keep it with one big 616 sanctum. Thanks for the input. All are good points and some that I wanted to do for sure. I will make a special base for the sanctum and display it by itself. The idea is to double/mirror the build (I will figure out what parts to use for the roof) and make it wider/deeper. I'll try to start working on it next week, but probably next month during my vacation.

    Alright, so I bought 2 Sanctums to modify them. Any suggestions for what to enhance?

    Yea, my idea would be making both sides symmetrical and maybe enlarge the window sections by 2 studs each (an extra window), but I don't know if that would conflict with the sanctum printed dish piece as I can't make that one bigger.

    Has anyone tried to combine 2 (or more) Sanctums into a wider building? Would be great to see if it's worth it before trying it myself.

    I think this is a good set for people who only want 1 or 2 Harry Potter sets as a display piece. The train looks great and instantly recognizable although the size does require some real estate. For those who look for minifig or system scale sets it's just too big and are probably better off with the 2018 set. I must say that I really like the platform 9 3/4 but would have preferred if they expanded it more (maybe next to the entire railroad). I will probably not pick this up unless I can get it for a good price.. But even then I don't have the space for this haha.

    I can't imagine WB would approve merchandise of a canceled project (although Flash isn't canceled yet). I assume they have this locked down in contracts with alle the partners. LEGO however could work around it by changing the minifigures or adjusting the build so that not everything is lost (kinda like how the 'suicide squad' Bike Chase set isn't based on the movie, but it conveniently came out at the same time) although they would still need approval from WB. But that is probably easier done than a company like McFarlane or Hot Toys as they only make figures of the movie.

    I wouldn't be suprised if they cancel Flashpoint as well. The return of Ben Affleck as Batman in Auquaman makes me think that, due to all the problems with Batgirl and especially Ezra Millers Flash, perhaps they will change directions and continue with the existing actors/characters. WB/DC also has a new CEO which doesn't seem to be a fan of the route they're going. LEGO related; if they do cancel or postpone the Flash movie indefinitely then all merchandise for that will be canceled too.

    Since Hasbro revealed their entire wave of figures for Black Panther, I assume LEGO will reveal the set(s) this week (probably tomorrow).

    I think the sets/builds are great but the Avatar figures are just disappointing. Or at least they could be more minifig like.

    Avatar, Naruto, Zelda or Gremlins would all be amazing, but we all know that the Rubix Cube is the only idea coming.

    Nice work! I don't know if I missed it, but do you have the dimensions (width/depth) of the castle when it's folded open? LEGO only provides the dimensions for the closed version.

    Looks amazing. Too bad there aren't 1 or 2 more peasants, but it is what it is. Can someone figure out the dimensions folded up and open? :)

    It looks kind of basic imo. Will still buy it regardless, but I expected something more exciting.

    Regular sets are usually 20% off on the release date on almost any retailer here in the EU. If you can wait a few months then you can even get a better deal. For D2C sets (non-car builds as those seem to be always on discount) it's always hoping to get some discount after some time.
